Important Safeguards
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children without supervision.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications
such as:
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
- farm houses;
- by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
- bed and breakfast type
WARNING: The filling aperture must not be opened during use. The appliance
must not be immersed.
The heating element surface is subject to residual heat after use.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without

- Keep the Protrusion on filter and Groove on metal funnel in one line.
- Then Rotate
- Detach cup filter from metal funnel: keep the Protrusion on filter and Groove on metal funnel in one line,then remove it.
Precautions
1.)Check whether the voltage of the socket corresponds to the parameter in the
nameplate of the coffee maker before use.
2.)The coffee maker is equipped with the grounding protection; please make
sure that a grounded socket is provided.
3.)Be sure to keep children away from it when in use.
4.)In order to prevent fire and electric shock, be sure not to put power cord
or plug into water or other liquids; be sure not to damage, excessively bend
or stretch the power cord; do not place heavy objects onto the power cord.
5.)Upon cleaning or when not in use, please unplug the plug first, and clean
the accessories after the appliance cools down.
6.)Do not use the coffee maker in a high-temperature, high-field or humid
environment; do not place the coffee maker onto a hot surface, near a fire
source, or onto other electrical appliances, such as refrigerator.
7.)In case of damaged power cord or plug, fault of coffee maker or other
damages, be sure not to turn on the coffee maker; please return it to the
nearest authorized service center for inspection and repair or contact the
dealer.
8.)Be sure to use original accessories.
9.)The coffee maker is only used for making coffee; please do not use it for
other purposes; be sure to place it in a dry environment.
10.)Please place the coffee maker on a flat surface or table; be sure not to
hang the power cord on the edge of table or counter.
11.)Make sure that the power cord does not touch the hot surface of the
appliance.
12.)Be sure not to touch the hot components on the surface by hands upon
operating the coffee maker.
13.)Clean and maintain components of the coffee maker regularly to ensure
quality of coffee and prolong the service life of the coffee maker.
14.)When the coffee machine is working, do not move or turn off the power at
will. 15.)It is forbidden to operate under the water-free status.
16.)To ensure safety, please read the Product Manual carefully to master the
correct method of use. 17.)Do not clean the coffee maker or the power cord in
water or other liquids.
18.)Do not use it outdoors.
19.)Please boil it twice with water to remove the odor before the first use.
20.)For household use only, be sure not to use it for other purposes.
21.)Please keep the Product Manual well for future reference.

1. Filling the water tank
Before first use, wash all the accessories and water tank with warm water. 1.)Remove the tank by pulling it upwards. -
Open the lid and fill the tank with fresh clean water, taking care not to exceed the MAX level. Put the tank back in the appliance.

More simply, the tank can also be filled without removing it, pouring the water directly from a jug.
Please note:
1.)Never operate the appliance without water in the tank or with-out the tank.
2.)It is normal for there to be water in the space under the tank. It should
be dried regularly with a clean sponge.
2. Preparation for the first use/the use under cold machine status
At first use, rinse the internal circuit as follows:
1.)Plug in the power supply and then press the button for 3 seconds, turn
“Steam knob” to “Off”
position. The 3 buttons are flashing,which indicates the machine is heating
up(preheating). 2.)When the lights stop flashing and remain on steadily, the
appliance is ready for operating the rinse.
3.)Attach the funnel handle to the appliance.
4.)Place a large container under the boiler outlet and press button. When
the water flows about
8-10oz, press to stop rinse.(You also can press or to flow hot
water to rinse the appliance inside)
5.)Empty the container and put it under the steam spout.
6.)Turn the “Steam Knob” to and press the button to release hot water to rinse
steam
pipe.After 10 seconds,press the button again and turn “Steam Knob” to “Off”
position to stop flowing hot water.
3. Making Espresso Coffee/under the Hot Machine Status
For hotter espresso coffee, you should:
You are recommended to warm the cups before making coffee by rinsing them with
a little hot water,or put cups on the top of the appliance to warm them.
1.)Add coffee powder to 1cup filter or 2 cup filter.
2.)Keep the rim of filter clean.To avoid leaking or turning the funnel handle
to LOCK position hardly.
3.)Attach the funnel handle to the appliance,from INSERT position to LOCK
position,it will take some force to turn funnel handle to right place.
4.)Place one or two cups under the funnel handle outlet.
5.)Press the or button to brew.If you want light coffee,
press the button to customize the required quantity of coffee(You
should not deliver for more than 90 seconds).Then the button keeps
lighting on steadily.press the button again to stop delivery.Then
all buttons come on steadily.
6.)Wait for a few seconds after delivery, when no drips come out,you can
remove the funnel handle.Since the steam may still remains inside the
portafilter, the extra coffee may slowly drip out after brewing.After this
operation, no standing water there after removing the funnel handle.
7.)To remove the filter holder, turn the handle from right to left.
8.)Clip “Press-type hook buckle”onto the cup filter, then remove the coffee
powder from cup filter.
9.)You also can choose sufficiently large cups for cappuccino ,latte or other
styles of coffee. To use tall glasses,You can remove the drip tray and stand
the tall glasses there.
Danger of burns!
To avoid splashes, never remove the filter holder while the appliance is delivering coffee. Always wait for a few seconds after delivery,then there is not standing water in the filter.Make sure the coffee powder thickness is not too fine and not too coarse
4. Milk Frothing Function
1.)Prepare a recipient.The capacity of the recipient is more than twice of
milk.Press the button.The light flashes.
2.)In the meantime, fill a recipient with of milk for each cappuccino to be
prepared. For a denser froth, you can use whole milk at refrigerator
temperature (about 41℉).
3.)Wait for the button comes on steadily, indicating that the boiler
has reached the ideal temperature to froth.
4.)Immerse the steam pipe in the milk deep about 0.4inch, then turn”Steam
Knob”from “Off” position to
“On”position direction,to adjust the steam intensity.To obtain a creamier
froth,and rotate the container with slow up-ward movements.
5.)When the required temperature (the ideal is 140℉) and froth density is
reached, interrupt steam delivery by turning the “Steam Knob” to “Off”
position.
6.)If you want less milk foam,you can remove the steam pipe to froth less milk
foam. 7.)Pour the frothed milk into espresso coffee which prepared previously.
8.)Place a wet dishcloth above the rubber of steam pipe, turn on the “Steam
Knob” to deliver steam to remove the residual milk from the steam pipe.
Please note: ****
When milk foaming is complete and you want to make another cup of espresso, it
may cause coffee to splash,since the temperature is too high.So make sure the
coffee machine is completely cooled down
before using. In order to cool down the coffee machine properly, we suggest to
proceed “ Cooling the
Boiler ”(point 6).197℉for Coffee Extracting ,248℉for Milk Frothing.
5. High Temperature Warming Function
1.)If press the or button immediately after milk frothing,the buttons
can’t work. You need to press to stop steam function,then the buttons come
on steadily to enter making coffee
function mode.Press the or button,the buttons flash quickly, indicating
that the appliance is cooling down ( the temperature of the machine is too
high to make coffee,the buttons quickly
flashing is normal.).When the buttons stop flashing and come on steadily, It
is ready for brewing use.
2.)If you still want to make the coffee without cooling down of the
machine,press the button to stop steam function and enter the coffee
temperature selection mode.then the buttons come on
steadily.Press the or button,the buttons flash quickly,then press the
or again to brew, the appliance can delivery coffee,but the coffee will splash
and make appliance or table messy. At same time, the coffee will taste
burnt.Since the temperature is too high,the appliance needs to cool down
first.
Please note:
Proceed as described in points 6 “ Cooling the Boiler ” in the below section to cool the appliance for brewing use.
6. Cooling the Boiler
To make coffee again immediately after frothing milk or rinsing the steam
piper, the boiler must first be cooled down, or the coffee will be burnt and
splash. Proceed as follows to cool the boiler.When boiler is cool,the coffee
maker is now ready for making coffee use.
1.)After rinsing the steam pipe or milk frothing,the temperature reaches to
248℉.press button to stop steam function.The 5 buttons all remain on
steadily,indicating that the appliance
enters the coffee temperature selection mode.Turn“Steam knob” to and press
the button to
release hot water to cool down the appliance.After a while, press the button
again and turn off “Steam Knob”.The coffee maker is ready for use.
Please note:
After rinsing the steam pipe or milk frothing, you must press the stop steam
function.The 5 buttons all remain on steadily,indicating that the
appliance enters the coffee
temperature selection mode.if not press the button, the buttons will not
work,since the appliance is still under steam function mode.
7. Hot Water Function
1.)Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn the appliance on,the
buttons flash. Wait for buttons to stop flashing and come on steadily.
2.) Place a recipient under the steam pipe,and a cup under boiler outlet.
3.)Turn “Steam Knob” from “Off” position to .
4.)Press ,then hot water is delivered from the steam pipe.
5.)Press again and turn “Steam Knob” to “Off” position, to stop hot water
delivery. 6.)Press the button to turn off appliance.
Please Note:
To avoid hot water delivery from coffee brewing outlet, please place a cup under there.
8. Automatic Power Off Function
**** If there is no any operation within 25 minutes, the appliance will power off automatically.
- Programming the quantities of coffee in the cup
The appliance is set by default to automatically deliver standard quantities.
To change these quantities, proceed as follows:
1.)Place one or two cups under the filter holder outlet.
2.)When the appliance turns on and the buttons stop flashing,come on
steadily, press and hold the or button which you want to programme for 3
seconds,when the appliance beeps three
times,remove your hand.The coffee maker starts delivering coffee,and the
or button flashes to indicate that the appliance is in programming
mode.
3.).Once the required quantity of coffee has been delivered into the cup,
press the or button,the
appliance beeps three times.The buttons come on steadily to indicate that the
quantity has been saved correctly.The appliance is ready for use.
10. Default Values (Reset)
This resets the programmed quantities back to the default values. To reset the
default values, proceed as follows:
1.)Press and hold thetwo buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds,the appliance
beeps three times,while the 5 buttons flash
simultaneously.
2.)When the 5 buttons stop flashing and come on steadily,the original
settings have been restored.
- Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Cleaning the machine
The following parts of the machine must be cleaned regularly:
-drip tray
- the cup filters
- the Metal funnel (Portafilter)
- the boiler outlet
- water tank
-the steam pipe
Important!
1.)Cut off the power until the coffee maker completely cools down before
cleaning. 2.)Do not use solvents, abrasive detergents or alcohol to clean the
coffee machine.
3.)Do not use metal objects to remove encrustations or coffee deposits as they
could scratch metal or plastic surfaces.
4.)If the appliance is not used for more than one week, before using it again,
we strongly recommend you perform a rinse cycle as described in section “2.
Preparation for the first use”.
5.)While cleaning, never immerse the coffee maker in water. It is an
electrical appliance.
Cleaning the drip tray
1.)Remove the drip tray.
2.)Remove the cup tray, empty the water and clean the drip tray with a
cloth.Clean the cup tray with water, dry and put back in drip tray.
3.Put the drip tray back in place.
Cleaning the cup filters
Clean the 1 and 2 cup filters every time after use: 1.)Rinse the filters under
running water.
2.)Make sure the holes are not blocked. If necessary, clean with a pin.
3.)Place the cup filter in the metal funnel.
Cleaning the water tank
1.Clean the water tank regularly (about once a month).
Cleaning the steam pipe and steam wand
1.)Place a wet dishcloth above the rubber of steam pipe, turn on the “Steam Knob” to deliver steam to remove the residual milk from the steam pipe.
2.)Remove the steam pipe to clean it and clean the steam wand.12 Descale
1.)In order to ensure the function of the coffee machine, the clean water and
the pure taste of the coffee, the coffee machine needs to be descaled after
2-3 months of use.
2.)Add water to the water tank to the Max level, and add the descaler to the
water tank according to the dosage requirements; if there is no descaler,
citric acid can be used instead (the ratio to water is 3:100).
3.)Insert the funnel handle into the coffee machine (without coffee powder),
press the button for 3 seconds, press the or button to delivery water.When
the buttons come on steadily,don’t do any operation, let the descaler stay
inside the machine for 10 minutes.
4.)After 10 minutes,turn “Steam Knob” from “Off” position to”On”position
direction,please turn the
“Steam Knob”to the position beyond “ON”,press the button to deliver
hot water(suggest to deliver 200ml hot water).
5.)Press again and turn “Steam Knob” to “Off” position, to stop hot
water delivery. 6.)Repeat step4.)and5.),until the water in he tank is used up.
7.)Add clean water without descaler into water tank, repeat point 4.)and
5.),until the water is the same clean as before descaling.
