Product Usage Instructions

  1. First, ensure that the EMS Suit is clean and dry before use.
  2. Put on the top and bottom garments of the suit, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit.
  3. Connect the electrodes from the suit to the control unit. Make sure they are securely attached.
  4. Turn on the control unit and select the desired program using the buttons or touchscreen display.
  5. Adjust the intensity level according to your preference. Start with a lower intensity and gradually increase it as your muscles become accustomed to the stimulation.
  6. Set the duration of the session based on your fitness level and goals. It is recommended to start with shorter sessions and gradually increase the time.
  7. Once everything is set, begin your workout routine as usual. The EMS Suit will provide muscle stimulation during your exercises, enhancing the effectiveness of your workout.
  8. After each use, disconnect the electrodes from the control unit and remove the suit. Hand wash the garments with mild detergent and let them air dry.

Always follow the safety guidelines provided in the user manual and consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program.

INSTRUCTION

  • Attach the smart eagle-fit POWERBox to the side of your eagle-fit EMS suit to control the sewn-in silicone electrodes that target your muscles via the nerves.
  • Connect the Eaglefit app to your mobile phone, tablet, or Apple Watch.
  • Select one of the pre-defined training programs: Fitness (strength/muscle building), Metabolism (cardio, muscle toning),
  • Relax/Relax (light massage/regeneration), individual pulse setting (e.g. according to your doctor’s or physiotherapist’s instructions),
  • FatBurning (60 Hz during the pulse phase, 7 Hz during the pause) or video workouts (different exercises with your personal avatar according to your settings).
  • Then set the intensity for each muscle group individually and your workout can begin. You can save all your settings in user-defined profiles (no limit) and load them again later.
