Batteries replacement

If you remove the lower battery cover by turning it off, the internal battery socket will come out. Insert and install three batteries according to the correct polarity of the battery socket.

(!) Caution

If the battery socket is inserted upside down, the light stick may not work and the terminal of the socket may be damaged.
Use AAA alkaline batteries. Do not use manganese batteries.
Insert new alkaline batteries for each performance.
Do not use new and used batteries together.

Warranty of product

  • This product is manufactured through strict quality control and inspection process.
  • The warranty period is six months from the date of purchase. If the service is determined to be paid customer service even it is within the guarantee period, the service charge will be applied for C/S. C/S is not available if the warranty period has been passed.
  • Please present this certificate and purchase receipt when you ask for C/S. (If purchased online, attach the purchase statement.)
  • The customer service application fee should be paid by the customer. (Round-trip shipping)
  • The warranty is valid only in Korea.
  • If there are any defects or foreign substances on the appearance of the product, you can get exchange or return within 7 days after purchase only for unused products
  • Even within 6 months of warranty period, product failures caused by normal abrasion, customer carelessness and negligence, natural disaster, disassembly or modification are excluded from the C/S list.
  • For problems caused by the use of products or parts not purchased from official stores, Even if it is within warranty period, it will not be subject to warranty
  • The outer box of this product is designed for product protection, so exchange/return is not possible due to minor scratches or discoloration.

Malfunction C/S

  • Defective operation due to PCB failure.
  • Defective operation due to switch contact failure.

The battery socket paid C/S

  • The battery socket malfunction due to breakage or corrosion.
  • The battery socket can be paid for after the warranty period.

Caution

  • May contain small parts with risk of suffocation.
  • Do not put into water.
  • Do not look at LED part when the light stick is on
  • The batteries should be inserted with the correct polarity.
  • Do not use used batteries with new batteries.
  • Do not store in direct sunlight, high temperature and humid place.
  • If the product is damaged, please stop using it.
  • Do not disassemble or remodel.
  • Remove the batteries when the product is not in use or discharging.
  • If the battery power is low, the LED stops working and then goes out. Then change it for new alkaline batteries.
  • The software version and function of the product may vary depending on the manufacturer’s circumstances and change without prior notice to the user.

Consumer mistake part that C/S is impossible

  • In case of breakage of mechanism and circuit parts due to external impact.
  • In case of circuit breakage due to use of bad batteries.
  • In case of the product is put in water during operation, or the inside of device is damp after use in rainy weather.
