IMPORTANT NOTES
Installation of this product requires removing bolts from the upper portion of the intake manifold to access the OEM TGV. Installation of this part, using methods described below, requires the use of a pry bar. This allows the installation to take less than an hour of time.
If a pry bar is not available, expect installation to take 2-3 hours and the removal of many more parts than described below.
This part may require professional ECU re-calibration to function properly.

Installation Instruction

  1. Remove the intercooler cover (upper two circles)

  2. Remove the wire harness clip (lower right circle) and (2) 12mm bolts that secure the bracket. Remove bracket and set aside.

  3. Remove (4) 12mm bolts on the left side of the upper intake manifold.

  4. Unplug the TGV motor plug.

  5. Repeat processes #3 and #4 to remove the bolts from the right side of the upper intake manifold.

  6. Carefully pry the upper intake manifold up in order to remove the OEM TGV and to install your new BLOX Racing TGV delete kit.

  7. Once the OEM TGV is removed, slide in each BLOX Racing TGV delete plate.

  8. Reinstall the right and left side bolts back into the upper intake manifold. 18-20ft-lbs

  9. Reinstall the bracket.

  10. Use electrical tape to cover the open end of the TGV motor plug.

  11. Reinstall intercooler cover.
    NOTE : After installation, it might be necessary to reset the ECU and/or have it recalibrated.
