No Maintenance Flooring Emulsion

No Maintenance Flooring Emulsion is specifically formulated for use on no maintenance, LVT and textured vinyl flooring. It is a unique polymeric cleaner formulated with the technology of Wiwax TM/MC that can be used as both a daily cleaner and periodic gloss rejuvenator.

Applications

• Used as a daily maintainer, gloss rejuvenator and restorer
• Apply with mop or use automatic scrubber equipment
•  Can be used for the rejuvenation, restoration and daily cleaning of stone flooring

Use Instructions

No Maintenance/LVT/textured Vinyl (Automatic Scrubbing Machines)

1. Dust mop or sweep.
2. Blockade areas to be cleaned. Floors will be very slippery until dry.
3.  Add four (4) oz. per gallon (30 mL per liter) of this product to lukewarm water. Scrub floor with product. Trail mop excessive wet areas behind scrubber. Do not rinse floor after cleaning.
4. Let floor dry completely.

No Maintenance/LVT/textured Vinyl (Mop and Bucket Method)

1. Dust mop or sweep.

2. Blockade areas to be cleaned. Floors will be very slippery until dry.

3. Add two (2) oz. per gallon (15 mL per liter) of this product to lukewarm
   water. Mop floor clean with this product. Pick up soil and excess cleaner
   with a tightly wrung-out cleaning mop. Do not rinse floor after cleaning.

4. Let floor dry completely.

Stone/Concrete Rejuvenation (Automatic Scrubbing Machine):

1.  Dust mop or sweep floor.

2.  Blockade areas to be cleaned. Floors will be very slippery until dry.

3. Add thirteen (13) oz. per gallon (101 mL per liter) of this product to
   lukewarm water. Scrub floor with product. Trail mop excessive wet areas
   behind scrubber. Do not rinse floor after cleaning.

4. Let floor dry completely.

5. For optimal gloss, burnish the floor with Twister™ Intellipad ® .

Stone/Concrete Rejuvenation (Mop and Bucket method):

1.  Dust mop or sweep floor.

2.  Blockade areas to be cleaned. Floors will be very slippery until dry.

3.  Clean floor with a neutral floor cleaner according to label directions.

4. Add thirteen (13) oz. per gallon (101 mL per liter) of this product to lukewarm water. Pick up soil and excess cleaner with a tightly wrung-out cleaning mop.
   Do not rinse floor after cleaning.

5. Let air dry.

6. For optimal gloss, burnish the floor with Twister™ Intellipad ® .

Stone/Concrete Restoration:

1. Dust mop or sweep floor.
2. Blockade areas to be cleaned. Floors will be very slippery until dry.
3. Clean floor with a neutral floor cleaner according to label directions.
4. Dilute this product with lukewarm water at a 1:1 dilution ratio. Apply up to 2 coats using a string mop or flat mop until desired shine is achieved. Be sure to evenly cover the entire floor. Do not rinse floor after cleaning.
5.  Let air dry.
6. For optimal gloss, burnish the floor with Twister™ Intellipad ® .

Best Results

• Do not use on surfaces colder than 50°F/10°C.
• To avoid contamination, do not return unused product to original container.

NOTE: Floors will be slippery when wet or contaminated with foreign materials.
Promptly clean-up spills and foreign materials. Not intended for use in outdoor areas. Meets ASTM D-2047 requirements for slip resistance.
