The AV.io SDI+ is a rock-solid SDI-to-USB video capture device. It allows you to easily capture 1080p video from SDI cameras and devices. With its all-metal enclosure and durable connectors, the AV.io SDI+ is designed for repeated, long-term use. It features enhanced performance and includes a 3.5 mm analog audio input.
Product Usage Instructions
- Connect your source devices, such as a switcher or camera, to the AV.io SDI+ using the SDI and 3.5 mm audio connectors.
- Connect the AV.io SDI+ to your computer using the USB 3.0 cable.
- Ensure that your computer is powered on and running the appropriate operating system (Windows, Mac, or Linux).
- Launch your preferred video capture software on your computer.
- The AV.io SDI+ is plug-and-play, so it should be automatically detected by your computer and software.
- Configure the settings in your video capture software as needed (e.g., resolution, frame rate).
- Start capturing video by pressing the appropriate buttons in your video capture software.
- If you wish to capture audio, you can do so directly from your SDI source or through the 3.5 mm input for external sources like a mixer. You can capture audio from both inputs simultaneously if desired.
- Monitor the LED on the AV.io SDI+ for power, readiness, and operation status.
- When you are finished capturing video, stop the capture in your software and disconnect the AV.io SDI+ from your computer.
Note : The AV.io SDI+ is light and compact, powered over USB, and can be easily carried with you. It supports automatic scaling for superior video quality and is compatible with various operating systems. Third-party software will determine the frame size and frame rate for capturing video.
