The SprintRay OnX Tough is a next-generation hybrid-ceramic, class II resin designed specifically for the fabrication of dental prosthetics. It is the first hybrid ceramic resin created with NanoFusionTM technology, which ensures unparalleled durability and a smooth surface finish that closely resembles natural enamel. With optimal translucency, this resin delivers lab-quality aesthetics. The OnX Tough resin allows for a highly efficient in-office workflow, with easy post-processing and characterization. It can now be cleaned with ProWash. The simple-tear supports separate easily with a flick of the wrist. This resin does not require any extra mixing or rolling, making it convenient to use. It offers extraordinary strength and ensures excellent aesthetics. The OnX Tough resin is currently available in the shade of Hollywood Bleach. It comes in a 1 Kg quantity.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Ensure that you have a compatible 3D printer, preferably the Pro55/55 S or Pro95/95 S model.
  2. Prepare your 3D printer according to its user manual.
  3. Load the SprintRay OnX Tough resin into your 3D printer’s resin tank.
  4. Follow the 3D printer’s instructions to set up the printing parameters, such as layer thickness and exposure time, suitable for the SprintRay OnX Tough resin.
  5. Initiate the 3D printing process and allow the printer to complete the fabrication of your dental prosthetic.
  6. Once the 3D printing is finished, carefully remove the dental prosthetic from the printer.
  7. Perform any necessary post-processing steps, such as removing support structures or sanding rough edges, to achieve the desired final result.
  8. If required, characterize the dental prosthetic using appropriate materials and techniques.
  9. For cleaning, use ProWash to ensure optimal cleanliness of the dental prosthetic.
  10. Review the final dental prosthetic for quality and aesthetics before delivering it to the patient.
