Product Usage Instructions

1. Ensure the input voltage matches the international broad voltage AC input range.

2. Connect the product to the appropriate industrial control system, industrial automation machinery, mechanical and electrical equipment, electronic instruments, equipment or apparatus, or LED lighting series.

3. Make sure the protection features are enabled to prevent short-circuits, overloads, and overheating.

4. If necessary, adjust the output voltage within the specified voltage adjustment range.

5. Check the ripple and noise levels to ensure they are within the specified limits.

6. Follow the specified start and rise time for proper power supply operation.

7. Check the hold time to ensure the power supply can maintain a stable output during power interruptions.

8. Follow the specified input efficiency and AC currentrequirements for optimal performance.

9. If applicable, perform a cold start according to the specified procedure.

10. Make sure there are no current leaks from the power supply.

2.Ripple and noise: measured with a 12” double ripple cord connected in parallel with a 0.1μF and a 47 μF capacitor on 20MHz bandwidth.

3.Accuracy: including preset errors, linear adjustment rate and load adjustment rate. 4.Linear adjustment: taken under rated load from low voltage to high voltage.

5. Load adjustment: taken under 0~100% of rated load.

6.  Power supply is taken as part of the whole system, and needs to be confirmed with terminal instruments for EMC.
