Preparation
Before beginning assembly, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with packaged contents list and diagram above. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the products. Contact customer service for replacement parts via telephone or email.

Phillips screwdriver (not included) and Wrench (not included) -
Note: The right and left sides of the boiler are designed as if you are facing the front of the boiler.

Assembly Instructions
Turn main body (1) upside down on cardboard or nonabrasive surface. Insert the heat shield (2) to the fryer burner with a bolt (I).
Insert the mid panel (3) to the main body (1) with 6 bolts (A).
Install the burner (4) to the main body with 4 bolts (A) as shown.
- Open the reassembly ignitor caped nut as IMAGE 1.
- Insert the ignitor to the cart front panel and fixed by nut as IMAGE 2.
- Install AA battery into the ignitor with positive facing up as IMAGE 3.
Insert the electrode wire to ignitor.
Install the base plate (6) onto the cart with 4 bolts (A).
Connect the fryer regulator kit (7) to fryer burner with 2 bolts (A).
Install the caster wheels (8) into main body.
Slide the wheel axle (10) through body as IMAGE 4.
Slide the spacers (D) prior to installing the steel wheels (9).
Secure wheels by inserting the split pins (C) on axle.
Turn over the main body.
Install the front panel – boiler (11) to main body with 2 bolts (B) as shown.
Install the back panel – boiler (12) to main body and secure it with 2 bolts (B).
Install the tube support – boilers (13) onto cart with 8 bolts (B) as shown.
Put in the drain valve as the arrow indicates, and then put the whole boiler body (14) into the cart with 2 bolts (A)
Insert the side handle (15) to upper position for transportation, and lower position for dumping.
Install the lid handles (16) to the lid with 4 bolts (F) and 4 nuts (G).
Install lift handles (17) to the basket with 4 bolts (F).
Install the bracket – left (19) and bracket – right (20) to the front table (18) with 4 bolts (A).
Install the front table (18) to the cart with 4 bolts (H).
Install the divide panel (21) to the cart with 4 bolts (H) .
Install the heat plate (22) to the side cart with 2 bolts (A).
Slide the paddle (23) into the cart bottom slot storage.
Install the bottom beam (24) onto the cart with 4 bolts (E).
