Product Usage Instructions

  1. Adult assembly is required. Please refer to the user manual for detailed instructions.
  2. Perform periodic checks at the beginning and end of each season, and twice monthly during usage period to ensure no hazardous conditions exist.
  3. Ensure all parts listed in the Parts List are available before assembly.
  4. Push platform (F) into the groove on side (A) of the Wheels on the Bus and secure with 2 screws (V).
  5. Push platform (G) into the grooves on side (A) and on the bottom of platform (F) and secure with 2 screws (W).
  6. Push the assembled side (A) with platforms into the grooves of side (B).
  7. Turn Wheels on the Bus on its side and secure with 2 screws (V) and 2 screws (W).
  8. Insert batteries into the horn unit, following the instructions provided in the user manual.
  9. Attach the battery cover.
  10. Insert the Steering Wheel (O) through the dashboard and thread it through part M. The Steering Wheel will click into place.
  11. Ensure all screws are securely tightened.

  • Keep these instructions for future reference.

  • Prior to assembly, this package contains small parts: hardware which is a choking hazard and may contain sharp edges and sharp points. Keep away from children until assembled.

  • To prevent serious injury, children must not use the equipment until properly installed.

  • Falls onto hard surfaces can result in head or other serious injuries. Never place on concrete, asphalt, wood, packed earth, grass or other hard surfaces.
    Carpet over hard floors may not prevent injury. Always use protective surfacing on the ground under and surrounding the playground equipment according to the enclosed “Consumer Information Sheet for Playground Surfacing Materials.” Maximum fall height protection up to 18” (45,7 cm) required.

  • Adult supervision required. Do not leave children unattended.

  • This product is intended for use by children ages 1 1/2-4 yrs.

  • Maximum weight per child: 50 lbs. (23 kg). Limit 2 children.

  • Shoes must be worn at all times.

  • This product is intended for indoor/outdoor domestic family use only.

  • Observing the following statements and warnings reduces the likelihood of serious or fatal injury.

  • Place this product on level ground and at least 6’ (2 m) away from any object. Objects to be avoided include, but are not limited to, fences, buildings, overhead branches, laundry lines or electrical wires.

  • It is recommended that the orientation of the assembled product be such that direct sunlight is minimized on surfaces intended for standing or sitting.

  • Instruct children on proper use of this product, only after properly placed, and not in a manner other than intended.

  • Do not allow children to climb on product when product is wet.

  • Instruct children not to attach items to the product that are not specifically designed for use with the product such as, but not limited to, jump ropes, clotheslines, pet leashes, cables and chains, as they may cause a strangulation hazard.

  • Instruct children to remove their bike or other sports helmet before playing on this product.

  • Dress children appropriately: do not allow children to wear loose-fitting clothing including ponchos, scarves and garments with drawstrings. Well-fitting shoes must be worn at all times.

  • Protect your eyes. Always wear safety glasses when using a hammer.

INSTRUCTION

Push platform (F) into groove on side (A) of the Wheels on the Bus. While holding platform in place, turn upright and hold tightly together as you secure with 2 screws (V).

Push platform (G) into grooves on side (A) and on the bottom of platform (F). Holding platform in place, turn upright and hold tightly together as you secure with 2 screws (W).

Push the assembled side (A) with platforms into the grooves of side (B).

While holding sides together, turn Wheels on the Bus on its side. Keep pressure applied as you secure with 2 screws (V) and 2 screws (W) as shown.

To ease the insertion of the slide to the base, apply a few drops of liquid soap to the ends (as shown).

2 people are recommended for this step. Insert one side of the slide into the opening on one side of the gym. Apply pressure as you guide the other end of the slide into the base, push into place until snapped.

Hold slide and sides of gym together and secure with 2 screws (V) – one on each side.

Tighten with 3 screws (V) in the locations shown.

Flip unit over and tighten with 10 screws (U) in the locations shown.

Clicker Assembly

Important: Insert part (L) with flat side of prong against base of clicker (as shown).

WARNING: Remove battery cover before pulling tab

Snap horn into center of steering wheel.

Remove battery cover. Pull clear tab from horn unit to activate. Reattach battery cover.

Remove battery cover from horn. Install (2) “LR44” button cell batteries. Re- attach battery cover.

To switch from English to French, use a small, pointed object (like a pin) to press the button on the battery compartment.

Insert Steering Wheel (O) through dashboard and thread through part (M). Steering Wheel will click into place.

Place dashboard on as shown. Push down on dashboard while securing screws (U) – 2 on each side.

Flip unit on its side and secure with 2 screws (U) – one on each side up under the dashboard.

Decals must be applied to a clean, dry surface. Wipe clean with a dry rag before application. Remove air from under decals by applying pressure to the decals starting from thecenter, and work towards edges.
