Assembly Steps

• Body Carrosserie Cuerpo
  • Attach the body to the car.
• Front headlights (2) Phares (2) Faros delanteros (2)
  • Attach the front headlights to the car.
• Tail lights (2) Faros traseros (2)
  • Attach the tail lights to the car.
• Floorboard buttons (2) Boutons de plancher (2) Botones del suelo (2)
• Attach the floorboard buttons to the car.
• Eyes / Yeux / Ojos
  • Attach the eyes to the car.
• Eyes base Base des yeux Base de los ojos
  • Attach the eyes base to the car.
• Steering clip / Clip de direction Abrazadera del volante
  • Attach the steering clip to the car.
• Steering O ring Joint torique du volant Anillo del volante
  • Attach the steering O ring to the car.
• Steering wheel Volant Volante
  • Attach the steering wheel, horn collar, horn button, and bellows to the car.
• Latch in unlocked position
  • Install 1 screw to secure the latch in the unlocked position
• Latch in locked position
  • Install 2 screws to secure the latch in the locked position.
• Roof Toit Techo
  • Attach the roof to the car.
• Left side Lado izquierdo
  • Attach the left side panel to the car.
• Right side Lado derecho
  • Attach the right side panel to the car.
• Washer (2) Rondelle (2) Arandela (2)
  • Slide the washers onto the axle.
  • Right Front Wheel Roue avant droite Rueda delantera derecha
  • Attach the right front wheel to the axle. S. Left Front Wheel Roue avant gauche Rueda delantera izquierda
  • Attach the left front wheel to the axle.
• Hubcaps (2) Enjoliveurs (2) Tapacubos (2)
  • Attach the hubcaps to the wheels.
• Center caps (2) Bouchons centraux (2) Tapas centrales (2)
  • Attach the center caps to the wheels.

The Little Tikes Company makes fun, high quality toys. We warrant to the original purchaser that this product is free of defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase (dated sales receipt is required for proof of purchase). At the sole election of The Little Tikes Company, the only remedies available under this warranty will be the replacement of the defective part or replacement of the product. This warranty is valid only if the product has been assembled and maintained per the instructions. This warranty does not cover abuse, accident, cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear, or any other cause not arising from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty period is three (3) months for daycare or commercial purchasers.

Gas Cap, Headlights & Decals

• Apply decals 1 & 2 to dashboard.
• Insert gas cap.
• Push front headlights in front.

• Push rear tail lights in rear.
• Press in floorboard buttons.

Eyes

• Secure using (4) 1” (2,54cm) screws.

• Snap on eyes.

• Secure using (2) 1” (2,54cm) screws.

• Snap on eyes.

Steering Wheel

Steering clip should snap into MIDDLE hole on each side of the steering column.

Under dashboard

Insert steering wheel through hole in dashboard AND through the steering O ring positioned on the other side. Be sure steering clip snaps past the O ring.

Door

Choose door latch position

• Latch in “locked” or “unlocked” position; install (1) 1/2” (1,27) screw.

• Latch in permanent “locked” position; install (2) 1/2” (1,27) screw.

• Latch in permanent “unlocked” position; install (2) 1/2” (1,27) screw.

• Insert door.

Roof

• Insert front left roof support. Use one hand to rock the support back and forth, while pushing down with the other hand.
• Insert front right roof support. Use one hand to rock the support back and forth, while pushing down with the other hand.

• Insert roof onto front supports.
• Pull up on back of roof to snap into place.

• Insert rear right roof support into roof. Repeat for rear left roof support.
• Push rear supports into place. Be sure supports are flush with body.

Person 1: hold down roof assembly.
Person 2: install (2) 11/2″ (3,81 cm) screws.

Person 1: hold down roof assembly.
Person 2: install (2) 11/2″ (3,81 cm) screws.

Rear Wheels

1. Place top hat into top hat tool.
2. Hammer rear axle into top hat.

Slide a hubcap, wheel, washer onto axle.

Right & Left Front Wheels

• Slide washer onto the short end of the LEFT front axle marked “L”.
• Slide wheel then hubcap onto axle.

• Place top hat tool with top hat onto open end of axle.
• Hammer axle onto top hat. Repeat for RIGHT front axle.

Installation of Right & Left Wheels

• Slide washer, then bushing onto assembled right axle. Repeat on left axle.

IMPORTANT! Check axle positions – roll Cozy Coupe® forward. HUBCAPS SHOULD BE FACING OUTWARD.

• Hammer axle cap onto each end of exposed right and left axles.
• Align slots and snap on center caps.

Ignition and Key

Floorboard

To insert floorboard, line up openings in floorboard to floorboard buttons. Once buttons are inserted into floorboard, push down to secure in place.

Warning ! The floorboard must be used only when the parent pushes the toy. Before each use, check the product configuration, remove the floor if the child uses the product unattended.

Decal Placement

Decals must be applied to a clean, dry surface. Wipe clean with a dry rag before application. Remove air from under decals by applying pressure to the decals starting from the center, and work towards edges.

For ease of assembly, attach (BB/CC) to the roof before assembling the roof to the body.
