INFORMATION PRIOR TO PRODUCT ASSEMBLY

Bath enclosure is supplied assembled.
Before unpacking the product check it properly whether the packing came undamaged or whether some of the parts did not get lost during transport to the place.

Installation Instruction

  1. Description of the bath enclosure assembly works.
    Before you begin to assemble the enclosure please check up whether the bath is firmly fixed and leveled.
    On the bath ledge, along the spot where the enclosure is to be laid, the masking (protective foil) has to be removed.
    We recommend you to put cardboard as a protective pad inside the bath.

  2. Hold the (C1 and D) profiles on the wall in the place where the enclosure is to be attached (5 and 45 mm see the photo) so that they make a 90° angle to the wall.
    Mark position of the holes to be drilled.
    Drill 6 mm in diameter holes in the wall and insert dowels into them.
    Apply a thin layer of silicon on (C1) profile and fi x it firmly to the wall with screws.
    Apply the same procedure with (C2) profile on the opposite side of the wall.
    For this moment do not attach (D) profile yet.

  3. Slide the bath enclosure in the (C2) profile to its very end.
    Direct and align the other side to match position of the (C1) profile and slide the bath enclosure out of the (C2) profile a bit towards the (C1) profile so that the bath enclosure is evenly inserted into both (C1 and C2) profiles.
    Drill through the (C1) and (C2) profiles with the bath enclosure from the inside in three spots with a 3 mm drill and fi x them with (c) screws. Provide the
    screws with the (d) caps.

  4. Apply a thin layer of silicon on (D) profile and attach it firmly to the wall.
    Slide the (E) profile with magnet into (D) profile and move it away slightly out so that it touches the opposite magnet of the closed enclosure screen.
    Drill through the (D) and (E) profiles with the bath enclosure from the inside in three spots with a 3 mm drill and fix them with (c) screws.
    Provide the screws with the (d) caps.

  5. Clean (remove grease) the joint between the (C) pro- files, wall and bath.
    Apply silicon in the joints between the wall and (C) profile.
    Spread out the silicon with a spatula or by finger moistened in a liquid soap.
    The lower joint between the firmly fixed part of the enclosure and the bath has to be sealed from the outside with silicon as well.
    Keep the silicon curing for 24 hours!!! When installing a bath enclosure with PEARL screen do not forget to remove protective masking (foil) from the inside.

INSTRUCTION HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT
  • We recommend you to clean the product and keep it well.
  • Enclosures are treated with current cleaning agents for domestic use which do not contain solid particles.
  • It is imperative to remove the grease out of joints of the hinges and clean them with a current detergent.
  • Furthermore we recommend you to apply both mineral-jelly or protective glycerin into grooves of sliding rails.
