Installation Steps

  1. Turn the base upside down and connect the power cable to the type-C charging port.
  2.  Remove the top cover and the filter, and adjust the position of the water pump.
  3. Fill with water and pay attention to the maximum water level.
  4.  After filling water, put the filter and then fix the top cover.
  5.  Once the installation is completed, use the appliance on the wireless charging base.

How To Use

  • After the installation, place the main body on the wireless charging base to start to use. (The default mode when first time connecting to power supply is constant water output mode and the green light is always on.)
  • Press the button once to switch the light mode (constant green light, constant seven-colour light, no light) and the water output mode won’t change.
  • Double press the button to switch the water output mode: Constant Water Output Mode or Intermittent Water Output Mode (3 minutes on, 3 minutes off).

Appliance Maintenance

  1. Detach the main body from the base.

Pump Maintenance

  1. Remove the water pump from the water tank and pull out the aqueduct.
  2. Remove the filter sponge.
  3.  Open the pump filtering box by the slit.
  4. Remove the pump impeller cover.
  5.  Remove the pump impeller with tools.
  6. Clean each part carefully.

Safety Precautions

  • Recommended for pets over 3 months of age.

  • Do not operate the appliance or handle the power cable and plug with wet hands.

  • Recommended for indoor use. Do not place the appliance outdoors or in damp environments such as bathroom. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from fire soo ources.

  • Doe the appliance with the original power adapter, otherwise it may cause damage to the appliance or malfunctions. Do not use a damaged power cable or adapter. n Hold the adapter and unplug the appliance.
    Never yank the power cable to disconnect from the power supply.

  • Never immerse the base into water or any other liquid. Wipe dry before attempting to use the appliance again if it gets wet on the base. x Water above 60°C shall not be filled into the water tank.

  • To prevent pets from pushing over the appliance, it is recommended to be used against a wall.

  • Children under 8 years of age must not operate the appliance and must not clean or maintain it without adult supervision! The appliance is not a toy and must be used by minors under parental supervision. Always prevent children from playing the appliance as a toy.

  • If the appliance does not work properly due to drops, impacts, damages, etc., stop using it immediately.

  • Do not dismantle the appliance for repairing except for the professional mechanics.

  • Never put coins, keys and other metal items near the base, as it may lead to malfunctions.

Indicator Lights

  • Intermittent Water Output Mode (3 minutes on, 3 minutes off): the green/seven-colour light breathes.
  • Constant Water Output Mode: the green/seven-colour light is always on.
  • The indicator light can be turned off in both 2 modes.
  • Water Shortage Alarm: the red light flashes.
  • Water pump not in position or offset: the red light flashes.

Troubleshooting

A: The red light flashes.
x Check if the pump has been positioned properly into its groove inside the tank.
x Check if there are foreign objects between the bottom of the water pump and the water tank, or between the water tank and the base.
x Check if there is enough water. Add more water if necessary.
x Check if the adapter being used is the original one.
B: The green or the seven-colour light is always on, and no water output.
x Check if the pump impeller gets blocked. Clean it properly if necessary.
x Check if there is enough water. Add more water if necessary.
C: The indicator light is not on and no water output.
x Check if the power supply is well-connected.
x Check if the pump impeller gets blocked.
Clean it properly if necessary.
x Check if there is enough water. Add more water if necessary.
D: Low water output. x Check if the water tray has been installed properly.
x Check if the filter sponge gets blocked.
Clean or replace the filter sponge if necessary.
x Check if any hair gets into the pump.

E: Abnormal noise from the pump. x Check if the water tray has been installed properly.
x Check if there is enough water.
Add more water if necessary.
x Check if any hair gets into the pump.
Clean the pump impeller properly if necessary.
E: Abnormal noise from the pump.
x Check if the water tray has been installed properly.
x Check if there is enough water.
Add more water if necessary.
x Check if any hair gets into the pump.

F: Abnormal intermittent water output
x Check if there is enough water.
Add more water if necessary.
x Check if it is in the intermittent water output mode.
Double press the button to switch to the normal mode (the constant water output mode) if necessary.
x Check if the pump has been positioned properly into its groove inside the tank, and check if there are foreign objects between the bottom of the water pump and the water tank, or between the water tank and the base.
G: There is the sound of overflow.
x Check if the packaging bag of the filter has been removed. x Check if the filter gets blocked by foreign objects. Clean or replace the filter if necessary.
