Product Usage Instructions
To use the CutSkill 45 Inverter Plasma Cutter, please follow these instructions:
- Ensure that the power source is connected to a 240V, 1Ph, PFC, 15A power supply.
- Make sure the input air pressure is set to 730 kPa and the flow rate is set to 110 LPM.
- If using a generator, ensure that it has a minimum power output of 9 kVA.
- Place the CutSkill 45 Plasma Cutter in a well-ventilated area with enough space for operation.
- Connect the plasma torch to the cutter using the appropriate accessories. Refer to the operating manual for details on accessory equipment.
- Select the desired cutting mode (2T/4T) and cutting selection (plate or grid) using the controls on the plasma cutter.
- Before starting the cutting process, ensure that the air purge function is activated to clear any debris from the torch.
- Adjust the current range according to the material being cut. Refer to the specifications for recommended current settings.
- Position the plasma torch at the desired starting point on the material to be cut.
- Press and hold the trigger on the plasma torch to initiate the cutting process.
- Move the torch along the desired cutting path, maintaining a steady and consistent speed.
- Continue cutting until the desired shape or piece is completely separated from the material.
- Release the trigger to stop the cutting process.
