Product Usage Instructions
- Start by safely unpacking the rolled-up mattress from the box.
- Carefully remove the plastic wrapping to prevent any damage to the mattress.
- Allow the mattress to completely unroll.
- Lay the mattress flat in the crib, ensuring it fits snugly and securely.
- Double-check that the mattress is positioned correctly and aligned with the crib walls.
- Before placing your baby on the mattress, make sure it is clean and free from any debris.
- Regularly inspect the mattress for any signs of wear and tear, and replace if necessary.
FOR OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE
Carefully unwrap and unroll your mattress immediately upon delivery to allow for proper expansion in a room temperature setting.
OUTER COVER CARE
ONLY THE OUTER COVER OF THE ORGANIC DREAM© LIGHTWEIGHT CRIB MATTRESS IN A BOX
IS SUITABLE FOR MACHINE WASHING. For outer cover care, hand wash with mild
soap, or machine wash in cold water (on delicate cycle only). Do not use
bleach. Hang outer cover to dry (do not place outer cover in machine dryer).
Do not remove inner lining of mattress.

INSTALLATION

STEP 1
Safely unpack the rolled-up mattress from the box and carefully remove the plastic wrapping to prevent any damage to the mattress. -
STEP 2
Allow the mattress to completely unroll and lay flat. -
STEP 3
Please allow for a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours, in a room temperature setting, for the Organic Dream® crib & toddler mattressin-a-box to fully expand to its maximum level of thick ness. Actual expansion times may vary. If, after an expansion period of a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours in a room temperature setting, the mat- tress has not expanded to a height of at least four (5) inches, and expandedevenly on all sides, then do not under any circumstances, place your child on the mattress. In such an instance immediately discontinue use of the mattress and immediately contact the Organic Dream® Customer Care Department.
WARNING
SIDS AND SUFFOCATION HAZARDS
ALWAYS place baby on back to sleep to reduce the risks of SIDS and
suffocation.
Babies have suffocated:
- on pillows, comforters, and extra padding
- in gaps between a wrong-size mattress, or extra padding, and side walls of product.
- NEVER add soft bedding, padding, or an extra mattress.
- USE ONLY one mattress at a time.
- DO NOT cover the faces or heads of babies with a blanket or over- bundle them. Overheating can increase the risk of SIDS.
- ALWAYS check mattress fit every time you change the sheets, by pushing mattress tight to one corner. Look for any gaps between the mattress and the side walls. If a gap is larger than 1 ½ in. (3.8 cm), the mattress does not fit – do not use it.
- DO NOT use this mattress in a crib having interior dimensions that exceed 28-58 by 53 in. (73 by 135 cm) as measured from the innermost surfaces of the crib.
- USE ONLY sheets and mattress pads designed specifically for crib mattresses.
- DO NOT remove these important safety instructions.
