From ELauncher V1.5.20, ELauncher will block the Settings app automatically.
It means that whenever the Settings app is launched (by accident or
intentionally), ELauncher will automatically close the Settings app. This
gives an extra layer of assurance for IT admins to prevent users from
accessing the system settings.
The Settings app will not be blocked by ELauncher under either one the
following conditions. Either one of these conditions mean that the IT admin
explicitly gives permission for users to run the Settings app:
The user launches the Settings app from the Settings context menu inside

enable the recent key function, place a file named EnableRecentApps.txt in the
/Download folder inside the internal storage, and then reboot the device to
take in effect.
AppBlocker Feature (V1.5.41+)
From ELauncher V1.5.41 and onwards, a new feature called “AppBlocker” is now
supported. This feature allows you to manually define which Apps to block, and
which activities within an app to whitelist.
You will be able to fine control the apps or the app screens (activities) to
be blocked or whitelisted. In using this feature, you will be able to achieve
the effect of, for example: Block the Settings app, but still whitelist the
Wifi Setting page, Bluetooth setting page, etc. (The WiFi and Bluetooth
setting pages are activities under the Settings app).
To use this feature, you can define two files inside the /Downloads folder:

com.android.settings com.example.yourapp
---|---
AppBlocker_Whitelist.txt| In this file, enter the activity names of the
applications to whitelist. For example, if you have blocked
com.android.settings, but you can also whitelist the WiFi settings page by
entering these lines into this file
