Before you use the appliance, please read this user manual carefully and store it in a safe place for future reference.

GENERAL

The glue gun is intended for the quick gluing of clean, dry and grease-free materials with glue heated to its melting point.

USAGE

PREPARATIONS FOR GLUING
The object surlace to be glued rnust be clearr, dry and lree of grease. Clearr tire surface before gluing. DO NOT USE INFLAMMABLE SOLVl:N IS I OR CLl:ANINGI Keep the arnbient ternperature and the work pieces to be glued 1n the range of +?°C to +?0″C Heatthe surface of low temperature objects (e,K steel) for better adhesion.

SWITCH ON/OFF

SWITCH ON:

  • Insert the plug into a standard electrical socket (check the power rating of the product),
  • Turn on the power switch (5) and ii will slrrrl to heat up, wail rrbout 3-5 minutes for preherrlirrg.

SWITCH OFF:

  • Turn off the power switch and pu II rlown the plug, Please wait th0 prorluct to cool completely before’ storing, othc1wise, th0 hot nozzle may cause damage.

GLUING

  • The glue gun needs to be preheated for about 5 minutes. Insert the glue stick (2) and press the glue trigger (3).
  • Squeeze trigger (3) to apply glue onto working surlace.
  • Apply parts logclhcr
  • Please wait for thc hot glue to cool hdorc touching the object surface,

WARM TIPS
BEWARE OF BURNING! The glue gun and the nozzle tip (1) will reach very high temperature. Do not allow direct contact between the nozzle tip or glue gun and people or animals. If hot glue touches the skin, please immediately hold the spot for several minutes under a stream of cold water. Do not attempt to remove the glue from the skin.

EXTENSION CORD
Please use power extension cord with at least SA current capacity.

DRIPPING CON I ROL FUNC I ION lifter heated up, the glue gun has a dripping control function. This can prevent the glue from dripping.

NOTES: During tile process of heating up, the glue gur1 may release a few drops ol glue. Do not use colored flash glue sticks at high temperature because the dripping control function will not work properly at this time.

CHANGE GLUE STICKS
Do not attempt to pull out the unused portion of the glue stick from your glue gun. If you need to change different types of glue stick, please use up the old stick by squeezing the trigger and then insert new glue stick.

  • When glue gun is healing. please use slancl insleacl ol placing il on lhe side.
  • Push the stand (4) down if you don’t use the glue gun comparably.
  • Push the stanrl back to initial position for storage and reuse.

PLEASE READ THE USER MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU USE THIS PRODUCT AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION STRICTLY WHEN YOU ARE OPERATING THE PRODUCT.

  • If the power cord is damaged or cut, do not touch the cord; immediately pull down the plug. Never use the product with a damaged cord.
  • If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified people in order to avoid a hazard.
  • Keep the product away from damp environment.
  • For indoor use only.
  • Connect units that are used at outdoors by means of a fault current protection switch(F) with a maximum triggering current of 30mA. Besides, use together with an extension cord that is suitable for outdoors.
  • Keep the power cord at the rear of the product when you use it.
  • If you pause the product for more than 30 minutes, please pull down the plug.
  • Children shall not play with this product.
  • This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above, or people who have declined physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product in a safe way and understood the hazards involved.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be operated by children without supervision.
  • Manufacturer is able to ensure flawless functioning of the product only if the original accessories intended for it are used.
  • Do not work on materials containing asbestos (asbestos is considered carcinogenic).
  • Take protective measures during work-time because the dust is harmful to your health, such as combustible or explosive dust (some are considered carcinogenic); wear a dust mask or pair of safety goggles during use.
  • Do not change nozzles when glue gun is in “ON” position or plugged in or hot to touch. Before changing nozzles, make sure glue gun is cool to touch, unplugged, and the switch is in “OFF” position.

ENVIRONMENT DISPOSAL

The product, accessories and packaging should be sorted for environment- friendly recycling.Do not dispose of power tools into household waste! According to the European Guideline 2012/19/EC for Waste Electrical and ElectronicEquipment and its implementation into national right, power tools that are no longer usable must be collected separately and disposed of in an environmentally correct way.
