The H.30 Vision Roland Garros helmet provides protection for both on and off-
road use. It is designed to offer the best protection while ensuring comfort
and ventilation. The helmet features an adjustment wheel on the back that
allows users to adjust the tightness according to their preference.
The helmet is equipped with a pivoting visor that can be used in different
weather conditions such as rain or cold. The visor is not UV protected but
provides comfort by protecting against wind and rain. It is recommended to
maintain the visor using a soft cloth and a liquid without solvents or
alcohol.
The ear covers of the helmet are held in place with scratch and snaps, which
can be opened to detach them for maintenance or cleaning.

Product Usage Instructions
- Adjustment: Use the adjustment wheel on the back of the helmet to adjust the tightness. Turn the wheel to tighten or loosen the helmet according to your preference.
- Positioning: Refer to Diagram C in the manual to ensure the helmet is positioned correctly on your head. It should protect the forehead and not be lowered too far back.
- Ear Covers: To detach the ear covers for maintenance or cleaning, open the snaps holding them in place and carefully push them to detach. To reinsert them, reverse the manipulation and securely close the snaps.
- Visor Maintenance: To maintain the visor, use a soft cloth and a liquid without solvents or alcohol. Clean the visor gently to avoid scratches or damage that may affect visibility and safety. If the visor is significantly damaged, either put it in the upper position or remove/change it.
- Replacement: It is recommended to replace the helmet 5 years after the initial purchase to ensure optimal safety.

Protection and Ventilation
The outershell allows the helmet to be rated one of the lightest helmets while providing excellent durability and integrity. The multiple vents with inner air channels draw the air through the helmet and over the brow for maximum cooling
Pad Fitting
The helmet must fit properly to be effective. With a proper fit, the helmet
will not move back and forth or side to side while fastened.
The helmet can also be adjusted using the adjust- ment wheel on the back.
Adjust the tightness of the helmet by turning the wheel.
Retention System
This Bicycle – Sports Safety Helmet uses a qcick-release buckle that is simple
and can be buckled and unbuckled without changing the adjustmetn. The straps
must be snugly and evenly tensioned. Place the helmet firmly on your head and
fasten the buckle.
Notice which strap is loose. Tighten the loose strap after removing the
helmet.
To tighten the chin strap, hold the buckle with one hand. Then pull the excess
strap in through. (See Diagram A).
- To tighten the rear strap, pull excess from the rear of strap 2. Hold the helmet with one hand. With the other hand, hold the strap where they pass under your chin. Then pull from side to side to balance the length of all four straps. (See Diagram B)
- The helmet must sit firmly and level on our head. (See Diagram C) To lower the front of the helmet to cover your forehead, tighten the chin strap and loosen the rear strap. To raise the front, loosen the chin strap and tighten the rear strap.
- To check for proper tension, put on the helmet and fasten the buckle. Open your mouth. You should feel the strap pulling against your chin
- Then attempt to pull the helmet off the front or rear. If the helmet comes off. increase strap tension and examine if thick enough pads are being used. The helmet should not be able to roll forward or backward excessively. It should not be possible to remove the helmet without unfastening the buckle.
NOTE : Please check adjustment every time this helmet is worn.
Final Check
- The important thing to remember is that the helmet fits snugly. If you can tilt it forward orback- ward you need to tighten the strap adjustment.
- The straps should be positioned that they do not cover the ears and that the buckle is away from the jaw when correctly fitted.
- Buver should always try different sizes and choose the size which feel secure and comfortable on the head. It is important for the helmet to fit snugly on your head and must be fastened to provide maximum protection
- All adjustments should be checked each time the helmet is worn, making sure it fits snugly at all times.
Caring for Your Helmet
Clean the headgear with mild soap and water only.
The use of any solvents, paints or decals can cause damage to the helmet and
make it ineffective in the result of an accident.
Keep Helmet Out of Extreme Heat
Helmets will be damaged if exposed to tempera- tures exceeding 150°F.Dark vehicles and storage bags can exceed this on very hot days, Heat dam- aged helmets will have random disfigured areas where the texture appears bubbly and uneven. If damaged, helmets should be destroyed andreplaced immediately.
Important Information
- This headgear is designed to absorb the energy of a blow by partial destruction or damage itself. Even hough such damage may not be visible, the helmet should be destroyed or replaced, if it is involved in an jujury- related fall.
- Unfortunately, some accidents result in head injury
- That cannot be pervented by ANY helmet. Depending on the type of impact,even very low speeds can result in a serious head injury or fatality. Always ride with extreme caution and be sure to read this manual thoroughly.
- Do not let children use this helmet as they climb or engage in activities inducing a risk of hanging in case they would stay on their helmets.
- The helmet only protects if it is well fitted and it is appropriate for the buyer to try several sizes and choose the one that seems best fitted and most comfortable. The helmet should be adjusted so that the straps do not cover the ears, the buckle does not rest on the jaw and the straps and buckle must be adjusted to tighten firmly without obstruc- ting. The helmet does not always provide protec- tion against injury.
- Any helmet that has suffered a severe impact should be discarded and destroyed.
- Please note that any modification or removal of any of the original components of the helmet by a method other than that recommended by the manufacturer involves safety risks.
- Helmets should not be modified to attach acces- sories to them using a method that would not be recommended.
- Please find in diagram C, the way in which the helmet should rest on the head to provide the required protection, it is recommended to place it so that it protects the forehead and not to lower it too far back.
Maintenance and manipulation
Inner part and ear covers are removable and washable in machine at 30° in a net for washing.
Outer part :
- Clean the helmet with soft cloth, mild soap and water only. The use of solvents, painting or stickers can damage the helmet and turn it ineffective in case or after an accident.
- The ear covers are held by scratch and snaps. You have to open the snaps and push with caution the ear cover to detach it from its place. And do the reverse manipulation to reinsert it.

- The Bicycle- Sports Safety Helmet is designed and intended exclusively for use while cycling, and other non -motorized sports. It is not intended for and will not provide adequate, safe protection if used during motorsport or moped use. No helmet can protect the wearer against all unforeseeable impacts. However, for maximum protection, the helmet must fit well and all retention straps must be securely fastened.

The visor
The H.30 VISION Roland Garros are equipped with a pivoting visor to be used
upon needs for instance rain or cold.
To maintain your visor, you have to use a soft cloth, and a liquid without any
solvent and without alcohol. In case the visor is damaged with scratches or
other which might affect your visibility and driving safely, please put is on
upper position it or remove/change it.
CAUTION : The visor has no UV protection. It is only intended for comfort
(protection from wind and rain).
