MULTIMEDIA PRO DOCK
4 Multimedia Pro Dock
Connect the included power adapter to the Thunderbolt 4 Multimedia Pro Dock.
The Pro Dock can be laid flat horizontally on the supported rubber feet or vertically using the included Desktop Stand.
Using the included Thunderbolt cable, connect the dock to your host device
from its Thunderbolt 4 or USB-C Port.
Made for Thunderbolt 3/4 and USB4 devices. Using USB-C devices will limit the
docking station to the host device capabilities.
After connecting the dock, press the power button on the front of the dock to
turn it on.
The power LED will change from white to green once fully connected to host
device
Use HDMI cables to connect up to two HDMI-enabled monitors.
Dual Display supported at 4K/60Hz on M1/M2 Pro/Max and Intel based
Macs
Use DisplayPort cables to connect up to two DisplayPort-enabled monitors.

- Dual monitors must be connected to different video groups in order to achieve dual external display
- If monitors are connected to the same video group the displays will show as mirrored
- Dual extended display is not supported on M1 or M2 MacBooks
- Dock supports up to four external displays via Windows devices supporting DSC – host device must have black or closed screen
Connect an RJ45 Ethernet cable to the dock’s Gigabit Ethernet port.
Up to 2.5Gbps
Use the USB-C and three USB-A 3.2 data ports for fast transfer & file backup –
up to 10Gbps each.
Does not support charging or CD readers, including Apple
SuperDrive
Use the two USB-A 3.2 data ports – up to 5Gbps.
Does not support charging or CD readers, including Apple
SuperDrive
Use the USB-A 2.0 port for charging a USB device – up to 7.5W.
Insert MicroSD or SD cards into the card reader slots.
Attach audio device to 3.5mm Audio I/O jack.
To change sound output/input settings go to System Preferences > Sound >
Output/Input and select Realtek USB2.0 Audio
