The EVELO Omega Assembly is a high-quality electric bike designed for easy assembly and usage. It comes with a range of features that enhance your riding experience. The bike includes a front fork assembly, fenders, headlight, front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and a battery for efficient power management. The assembly process is straightforward and can be completed with basic tools.
Product Usage Instructions

Begin by unboxing the bike. Cut the banding and open the box carefully, avoiding sharp staples. Remove the small boxes.

If you are unable to lift the bike, lay the box on its side and slide the bicycle out.

Remove all packing material from the bike, ensuring not to use sharp objects that may damage the paint.

Locate the tools and user guides in the small black Evelo box. The pedals will be in a separate small cardboard box.

Lower the kickstand to keep the bike upright during assembly.

Assembly of EVELO ATLAS 2:
- Install the fender and headlight.
- Remove the bolt from the front fork assembly.
- Slide the bolt through the headlight, fender, and fork.
- Attach the headlight and fender assembly to the fork, positioning the fender as high as possible.
- Tighten the bolt and nut.

Assembly of EVELO ATLAS 3:
- Install the front wheel.
- Remove the thru-axle from the fork using an allen wrench.
- Place the front wheel into position, aligning the brake rotor with the slot between the brake pads.
- Slide the thru-axle into the fork and wheel, securely tightening with an allen wrench.

Assembly of EVELO ATLAS 4:
- Mount the fender.
- Remove the bolts from each side of the fork and attach the lower fender support struts.
- Ensure the washer and spacer are installed correctly.
- Tighten the fender support strut hardware.

Assembly of EVELO ATLAS 5:
- Install the handlebars.
- Rotate the steering assembly so that the cables aren’t wrapped around.
- Loosen the stem clamp bolts and rotate the stem to point forward.
- When seated on the bike, the brake caliper should be to the left of the rider.
- Tighten the stem top bolt to medium tension.
- Re-tighten bolts on both sides of the stem.
- Remove the screws on top of the stem faceplate.

Assembly of EVELO ATLAS 6:
- Install the handlebars.
- Place the handlebars in the cradle, aligned with the center and level grips.
- Replace the faceplate and tighten screws on top of the handlebars.
- Loosen bolts along the stem and align the handlebars.
- Double-check that spacers do not rotate.
- Tighten the stem top bolt as needed.
- Re-tighten bolts on both sides of the stem.

Assembly of EVELO ATLAS 7:
- Install the pedals.
- Screw the pedals into the crank arms securely using a 15 mm wrench.
Note that the pedals are threaded differently the right pedal screws in clockwise, and the left pedal screws in counter-clockwise.

Assembly of EVELO ATLAS 8:
- Use the battery.
- Two copies of the key are attached to the handlebars for battery access.
EVELO Omega Assembly
The focus of this document is to assist with the assembly of your new EVELO Omega. The scope is intentionally narrow – The “User Guide” that was included with your bike covers a much broader spectrum of topics: fit adjustments, battery care, controls etc.
Unboxing Your EVELO

Begin unboxing the bike by cutting the banding then opening the box. Use caution regarding the staples as they can be very sharp. Remove the small boxes.

Laying the box on its side and sliding the bicycle out of the box is a great technique if you are unable to lift the bike.

Carefully remove all packing material from bike, avoid using sharp objects as to protect the paint.

Tools and User Guides will be in the small black Evelo box. The pedals will be in a small cardboard box.

Lower kickstand to keep bike upright during assembly.
Install Fender and Headlight

Remove bolt from front fork assembly.
-
Slide bolt through headlight, fender, and fork.
-
Attach headlight and fender assembly to fork. Position the fender as high up as possible and tighten the bolt and nut.
Install Front Wheel

Remove thru-axle from fork. Use an allen wrench to unscrew the axle from the left side of the fork and slide it out.

Put front wheel into place. Lift the fork, place the wheel most of the way in the fork, then carefully line up the brake rotor with the slot between the brake pads and mount the wheel fully into the fork.

Slide the thru-axle into the fork and wheel and securely tighten with an allen wrench.
Mount Fender -
Remove bolts from each side of fork and attach lower fender support struts.

Make sure to install washer and spacer as shown.

Tighten fender support strut hardware
Install Handlebars

Rotate Fork: rotate the steering assembly so that the cables aren’t wrapped around the frame and the fork is facing forward. When seated on the bike, the brake caliper should be to the left of the rider.

Loosen the stem clamp bolts and rotate the stem so it points forward. There is one bolt on each side of the stem.

Tighten stem top bolt to medium tension so that spacers no longer rotate.

Re-tighten bolts on both sides of the stem.

Remove the screws on top of the stem faceplate. Keep Track of the parts.

Place handlebars in cradle, aligned with center and grips level. Replace faceplate and tighten screws on top of handlebars

Loosen bolts along stem and align handlebars. Double-check that spacers do not rotate and tighten stem top bolt as needed. Re-tighten bolts on sides of stem.

Install Pedals

Screw pedals into crank arms securely. Installation of the pedals requires a 15 mm wrench. There is an L and an R stamped into the end of each pedal for reference. is important to note that the pedals are threaded differently.

The right pedal screws in clockwise and the left pedal screws in counter-clockwise.
Use of Battery

Two copies of the key come attached to the handlebars.

Use the key to unlock the battery, the battery releases downward.

The battery is heavy, please be careful. When reinstalling, push the battery into place firmly.

Power up the bike and you’re ready to ride!
Serial Number Location
To register your bike on our website, you will need to record the serial number. It is located on the headtube of your bike, just above the front fork.
