Product Functional Specifications
The Bluetooth Development Board (FSC-DB201) has the following functional specifications:
- Type-C: Supplies power to the module, communicates with the module, and charges the battery through the module.
- MIC/Line in switch: Allows selection between MIC or Line in.
- Microphone: Used for incoming/making calls (L channel is used by default) and applications that require a microphone.
- Audio Input: Standard 3.5mm audio input.
- Headset Output: Standard 3.5mm headphone output that can drive 16/32 ohm speakers with a maximum power of 60mW.
- Battery: Lithium battery interface with a voltage range of 3.7V~4.2V. The voltage should not exceed this range to prevent module damage.
- Power ON/OFF: Press to turn off, release to turn on.
- LED: Bluetooth status indication.
- Module pin: Module pins, marked for reference.
Product Usage Instructions
Driver Installation
Note: This step may be required for Windows 7 systems. Windows 10/11 systems may not require it.
- Install the serial port driver. This can be done by viewing the computer device manager (or by using a third-party serial port tool).
- Plug in the USB to identify the serial port or contact the manufacturer for assistance.
Serial Port Assistant Installation and Use
- Double click on the serial port assistant installation file.
- The interface will be displayed with the following information:
- Serial port send and receive information: bytes/number of packets with CRC32 check.
- COM matching: Automatic matching when the computer has a serial port.
- Serial port open/close state: Normally, when the computer has a serial port, the tool will automatically be in the open state.
- Baud rate selection.
- Click on the desired option to perform the corresponding action.
Note: The right frame of the interface contains shortcut keys to check and modify the basic information of the module.
To Check Module Information
- Use the shortcut keys to query related information.
- The related AT commands for querying information will be automatically displayed.
