Product Measuring Guide
A. Measuring Length & Width
- When measuring your spa for a new cover, keep your tape measure straight at all times.
- We recommend taking measurements in at least 3 locations for each dimension.
- If dimension A and dimension B (length & width) are almost identical, your spa is most likely a square spa.
- If you are unsure about sizing, we suggest rounding up to the nearest cm. Your cover will sit fine up to 2.5cm larger than your dimensions.
R. Measuring Corner Radius
- The easiest way to measure your corner radius is to use a carpenter’s square. If unavailable, you can use a ruler and a straight edge.
- Remember, the smaller the radius, the more square the corners are. If you are unsure, smaller is safer!
C & D. Measuring the Straps
- Our strap length is fully customizable to suit your spa and cover.
- Please specify the length required when completing your spec sheet.
- Measure from the underside of your cover down to the top of the clip.
- We provide 4 new locking clips.
S. Measuring the Skirt
- The skirt is vital for retaining heat and protecting the acrylic on your spa.
- Ensure that the skirt is long enough to completely cover the acrylic.
- The skirt provides protection against UV rays to prevent any fading of your acrylic/spa.
- Keep in mind that spas sunk into decking may require a shorter skirt.
