Using eight M8x16 bolts, M8 spring washers, M8 round washers and a 6mm Allen key, connect both legs with the Leg Connector.

BOTTOM TUBE ASSEMBLY

Insert the longer tube inside the Leg connector, and then screw it with an 8mm Allen key, using two M10x30 screws, two M10 spring washers and two M10 round washers.

TOP TUBE ASSEMBLY

Put the trolley on the wheels. Slide the shorter tube over the narrowing of the lower tube, making sure that the holes made in both elements coincide. After inserting the tubes, they should be screwed together with a M6x10 conical screw, using a 4mm Allen key. Insert a fi60 plastic cap into the upper part of the tube.

MAIN PLATE ASSEMBLY

Attach the plate on which the monitor will hang to the pole with a clamp. Screw the clamp with the plate using four M8x16 screws, spring washers and M8 round washers. The screws should be tightened securely and firmly so that the plate does not slide down due to the weight of the monitor. After clamping the plate on the pole, put four plastic masking caps on the screw heads.

ROSETTE ASSEMBLY

In order to stiffen the column, screw two “moon-shaped” rosettes to the leg connector using four M16x16 conical screws and a 4mm Allen wrench.

ARMING THE MONITOR

Using the included screws and washers, screw the arms to the VESA holes on the TV. If the length of the screws turns out to be too long, plastic spacers should be used.

FINAL REMARKS

  • Purpose of the device: mobile holder for monitors weighing not more than 50 kg, sizes in the range of 42-60 “, and VESA holes in the range of 100×100 – 600×400.
  • The maximum height of the center of the monitor must not exceed 1685mm.
  • Application of the device: indoors
  • Be especially careful when moving the device:
    • the trolley should be moved slowly, taking care not to hit the wheel on the foot or other delicate objects
    • pay attention not to catch the monitor on the door frame when moving the trolley between rooms
    • always disconnect all power cables from the screens when moving the trolley.
    • when you reach your destination, lock all brakes on the wheels.
    • move and place the trolley only on a flat surface. Any sloping ground may cause the device to lose stability and tip over.
    • pushing the trolley on a smooth floor is much easier than on fluffy carpets. Soft surfaces should be avoided.
    • Driving the wheelchair over an obstacle (e.g. a threshold in a doorway) must always be carried out with the participation of two or more people. The maximum height of the obstacle that can be driven over is 5mm.
