Product Information:

The product is a tyre inflation measuring device designed to measure tyre air pressure and inflate tyres. It is suitable for use with oil-free compressed air or nitrogen, and an upstream filter must be used if oily air is used. The device has a pressure gauge that can display the measuring unit in BAR, PSI, KG/CMQ, or Kpa. It is powered by two lithium batteries (1.5 V, type AAA). The device is calibrated before delivery and requires recalibration by the user after the specified test period. The calibration is valid for 2 years.

Product Usage Instructions:

  1. Connect the tyre inflation measuring device to the compressed air supply using the screw connection or coupling.
  2. Press the connector (4) firmly onto the tyre valve and secure it with the locking lever (3). Hold onto the hose.
  3. Read off the tyre pressure at the scale.
  4. To inflate the tyre, pull the lever (2) up fully. To release or reduce pressure, pull the lever (2) only as far as the first stop (middle position).
  5. To switch on the pressure gauge, press the ON button. Press the ON button again until the desired measuring unit is displayed.
  6. After approximately 15 seconds of inactivity, the pressure gauge will switch off automatically.
  7. To change batteries, remove the screw with a small screwdriver and replace the batteries with two lithium batteries (1.5 V, type AAA), ensuring correct polarity.
  8. Take care when using the pressure gauge to avoid bumps and knocks.
  9. For maintenance and care, refer to the user manual.
  10. Dispose of the product and packaging materials according to national regulations on environmentally compatible disposal and recycling.

  • RF 60 / RF 60 G:
Read off tyre pressure at scale. Pull lever (2) to inflate. To release / reduce pressure, press the pushbutton (1).

  • RF 80 D (with digital pressure):
Press the “ON” button to switch on the pressure gauge. Press the “ON” button once again until the desired measuring unit is displayed (BAR → PSI → KG/CMQ → Kpa). After approx. 15 seconds, the pressure gauge switches off automatically. To inflate, pull lever up (2) fully. To release / reduce pressure, pull lever (2) only as far as the 1st stop (middle position).

Changing batteries: remove the screw with a small screwdriver. Remove the batteries and replace them, ensuring that polarity is correct. (2 lithium batteries 1.5 V, type AAA).
Maintenance and care: Take care when using the pressure gauge and keep it in good condition. Avoid bumps and knocks.
RF 80G, RF 60G: The device is calibrated before delivery and must be submitted by the user for recalibration after the test period has elapsed. The test period is specified on the device. Validity of cali-bration: 2 years. (German Weights and Measures Act section 35)
