INTENDED USE

This device is used for air purification. It is intended solely for this purpose and is only allowed to be used for this purpose. It may only be used in the manner described in these operating instructions. Any other use or modification of the device is not intended and is strictly prohibited. No liability can be assumed for damage caused by improper use or incorrect operation.

BSG technology

As air enters the BSG unit, it is channeled into the air purification chamber. In the chamber, the air is exposed to intense levels of germicidal, ultraviolet light that destroys micro-organisms. The powerful wavelengths contained in the UV-light react with the gaseous contents of the air to produce a purifying plasma that contains reactive oxygen species such as atomic oxygen, hydroxyl radicals and ozone, which destroy bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeast, mould, algae, and other harmful micro-organisms (as well as unpleasant odours).

The mounting kit comprises four screws and four rubber spacers to dampen resonance. Before fastening the screws, insert the spacers between the base- plate and the wall or ceiling. To maximise efficiency, the outflow end (the one with the fan) of the unit should be installed as close as possible to the ventilation shaft for the incoming air flow. The arrow in the illustration indicates the direction of the air flow.
