Introduction
The HBT-10 and HBT-11 are respectively the HD Basset transmitter and receiver
with a maximum allowable transmission distance of 120 meters. The transmitter
allows transmission of up to 4K image quality video.
With the 48V power connected to one end of the HBT-11 HD Basset receiver, the
HBT-11 will thus be able to power the transmitter by Power over Ethernet
(Poe). On the transmitter end (HBT-10), there is also a 12V/30W DC output
serving to supply power to backend devices.
HD Basset connection between the transmitter and the receiver can be
established on a single Ethernet cable. In other words, HDMI video, DVIP
control commands and power (Poe) can be transmitted between the transmitter
and the receiver on just one cable.
Features
- Transmit up to 4Kx2K video from HBT-10 Transmitter Box to HBT11 Receiver Box.
- Extend video transmission up to 120m from HBT-10 Transmitter Box to HBT-11 Receiver Box.
- Transmit video, audio, DVIP Ethernet control, RS-422/232 and PoE by a single Cat.5e/6/6a/7 cable
- 48V PoE Power supply from HBT-11 Receiver side.
- 12V 30W DC output at HBT-10 Transmitter Box side.
- Supports DVIP Control Protocol
- Supports RS-422/232 Control Protocol

DIP Switch
The receiver box allows long distance connectivity to HBT-10 of up to 120
meters while compromising on maximum supported resolution of up to 1080p.
Select 4K mode (2160p) if the connection distance is less than 70 meters. If
your system is not required to support resolutions higher than 1080p, you can
activate long reach mode and enjoy longer cable reach of up to 120 meters.
The DIP Switch is used to select from the available connection modes listed as
follows:
00: 4K Mode RS-232
01: 4K Mode RS-422
10: Long Reach RS-232
11: Long Reach RS-422
Note: See the Cable Selection section for cable recommendations.
In addition to HBT-10, you can also receive video from HBT-5. The table below
provides information about the available connection modes for receiving video
from HBT-5 and HBT-10.
