Product Information

The Victor Pro Video Production Camera Cart (CT-VCTR-PRO-48) is a heavy-duty cart designed for professional video production. It comes with a lower shelf, top shelf, two crossbars, carrying handle, four knobs, two pneumatic tires with breaks, two pneumatic tires without breaks, and four 31-inch length rods with packing.
The cart also features a hinge handle that helps in lifting thecart over obstacles, stairs or incline surfaces.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Inspect the contents of the package to ensure that you have received all the components mentioned in the manual.
  2. Assemble the cart with the help of another person.
  3. Attach the lower shelf’s dovetail bracket by sliding it onto the cart as shown in the image.
  4. Attach the pneumatic tires with breaks and without breaks to the cart.
  5. Attach the upper shelf and crossbar to the cart.
  6. Use the carrying handle to move the cart around while filming.
  7. To keep the cart in a static position, lock the wheels by pushing down the lever.
  8. Use the hinge handle to lift the cart quickly over obstacles, stairs or incline surfaces.

Victor Pro Camera Cart Setup

NOTE: Two people are needed to assemble the cart.

  • Open all the 4 locks which are on both sides end of the cart.
  • Pull and flip the locking pin in an upward direction to open the locks.
  • After unlocking all locks, separate the upper and lower shelf.

Pneumatic Tires With break

  • Unlock the tire (With brake) by flipping the knob.
  • Attach the unlocked tire (With break) on lower shelf’s dovetail bracket by sliding on it as shown in the image.
  • Flip the knobs to secure the attached tire As shown in image.
  • The cart would look like this after attaching both the tires (With break).
    NOTE: To keep the cart in static position, lock the wheels by pushing down the lever.

Pneumatic Tires Without Break

  • Unlock the tire (nonbreak) by flipping the knob.
  • Attach the unlocked tires (non-break) on lower shelf’s dovetail bracket by sliding as shown in the image.
  • The cart would look like this after attaching both tires (non-break).

Rod

  • Loose all the 4 knobs of lower shelf’s corner hole and insert rod into it, as shown in image.
  • Tighten all the knobs provided at each corner of the lower cart. So that all the rods are properly attached to the cart as shown in the image.

Carrying Handle

  • Loosen the screw of the carrying handle with the help of Allen key L-type as shown in image.
  • Follow the same steps for all screw removal before attaching it to lower shelf.
  • Now place the carrying handle on the side of the bottom shelf.
  • Now, screw the carrying handle to lower shelf with the help of allen key L-Type.
  • Follow same steps for all screws to check whether they are properly set.

Upper Shelf

  • Now mount the upper shelf on the top of the rods by aligning it in the corners.
  • Tighten all the 4 corner knobs of upper shelf so that upper shelf doesn’t fall down.

Crossbar

  • Loosen the knob to open clamp of the cross-bar.
  • Now place the clamps of the crossbar on rods, as shown in image.
  • Tighten knobs tightly to set the crossbar properly on the rods.
  • The crossbar would look like this after attaching both clamps, as shown in image.

Hinge Handle

  • Loosen the handle to open clamp of hinge handle.

  • Place handle clamp on the rod and adjust the hinge handle accordingly.

  • Follow same steps to attach second hinge handle.
    NOTE: It helps create the leverage needed while lifting the cart quickly over obstacles, stairs or other incline surfaces.

  • Unlatch upper shelf’s flap by sliding the knob..

  • Follow the same step with second knob and open the flap.

  • The cart would look like this after following all the steps correctly.
