Description

The S2000 flashlights use OSRAM P8 LED, which is three times as bright as standard LED flashlights and can provide up to 2000 actual lumens of light. This mid-sized flashlight packs a powerful punch while remaining portable enough to keep in your pocket, a bag, or the glove compartment of your car. Our high-lumens flashlight has a remarkable run time, allowing for continuous operation for up to 30 hours (low light mode) or 6 hours (high light mode) on 4*AA batteries (not included). The operational time is twice as long as that of the average tactical flashlight. You no longer have to endlessly toggle between modes. It successfully minimizes the hassle of switching between 5 light settings by only including 3 relevant light modes (High, Low, and Strobe). To switch between close-up work and far-reaching lighting, just turn the head of the flashlight. It serves well in times of crisis and is great for outdoor activities like camping and trekking. Equipped with a safety mechanism to prevent the surface from becoming too hot. The flashlight’s construction, which features hard anodizing on aircraft-grade aluminum alloy, makes it robust and long-lasting. Engineered to be impervious to water up to IP67 standards. In wet or snowy conditions, or in a pinch, these flashlights shine brightly. The dimensions of this medium-sized flashlight are 7.4 by 1.61 by 1.41 inches. Every RECHOO flashlight comes with superior support long after the sale has been made. All S2000 flashlights are covered by a one-year, no- questions-asked replacement policy and a sixty-day, no-questions-asked money- back guarantee. Feel free to get in touch with us if you’re experiencing any issues with our flashlights. Please allow us 24 hours to get back to you.

How To Power On/Off

  1. Powering On the Flashlight:
    • Find the flashlight’s on/off switch. It’s usually attached to the flashlight’s tail cap or one of its sides.
    • To turn on the flashlight, press the power button firmly and momentarily. If the flashlight is turned on, the LED light will light up.
  2. Powering Off the Flashlight:
    • Repeatedly pressing the power button for a shorter period of time will turn off the flashlight. When the flashlight is turned off, the LED light will go dark.

How To Adjust The Brightness

  1. If you want to go through all of the different brightness settings, just press the mode switch or the brightness adjustment button.
  2. Each click of the button cycles through a series of brightness levels, gradually increasing or lowering the light output.
  3. To adjust the light’s intensity, just keep pushing the button.
  4. The mode switch or brightness adjustment button should be let go of after the desired brightness level has been reached.
  5. Until you adjust it again, the flashlight will remain at the current brightness setting.

How To Replace The Battery

  1. The flashlight’s tail cap can be found at the very end of the device. To remove the tail cap from the flashlight, turn it counterclockwise.
  2. The flashlight’s battery can be accessed once the tail cap is removed. Remember which end of the battery is positive and which is negative. Take your time as you carefully pull the used battery from its housing.
  3. Put in the fresh battery, checking to see that it fits the flashlight’s requirements. Place the battery inside the battery compartment with the positive terminal facing up and the negative terminal facing down.
  4. Replace the tail cap on the flashlight’s body after installing a fresh battery. Tighten it by turning it clockwise. Make sure it is snug, but not too tight.

How To Maintain

  1. After each use, clean the flashlight with a soft, dry cloth. Cleaning the surface in this way helps prevent any buildup of dirt, dust, or debris.
  2. You shouldn’t immerse the RECHOO S2000 in water or subject it to a lot of moisture, even if some flashlights are made to be waterproof. If water gets inside, it can corrode the internal parts and make it useless.
  3. Make sure the flashlight’s battery connections are always clean and free of corrosion and debris. If the contacts become dirty, you can use some isopropyl alcohol on a cotton swab or a soft cloth to clean them.
  4. If you’re using rechargeable batteries, be sure to charge and discharge them as directed. Don’t risk battery leakage or harm by leaving dead batteries inside the flashlight for too long. When the power of non-rechargeable batteries decreases to a certain point, you should replace them.
  5. Keep the flashlight in a dry, cold area when it’s not in use. Remove the batteries before putting them away to avoid any leakage or corrosion that could be caused by the batteries. It is recommended that batteries be removed prior to long-term storage.
  6. The flashlight’s efficiency and longevity may be affected by extremely high or low temperatures. The RECHOO S2000 shouldn’t be left in direct sunlight or exposed to temperatures below freezing for too long. Keep the flashlight near your body to keep the battery from freezing in cold weather.
  7. Always follow the guidelines outlined in the user manual or other documentation given by RECHOO. Use, care for, and operation should all be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

How To Clean

  1. To clean the exterior of the flashlight, use a soft, dry cloth or brush to carefully wipe away any dirt, dust, or debris that is visible. The lens, the body, and any cracks or crevices could collect dust, so be sure to clean them all thoroughly.
  2. Use a microfibre or lens cleaning cloth to gently wipe the lens if it becomes dirty or smudged. If necessary, you can also dampen the cloth with some lens cleaning solution or isopropyl alcohol. Don’t scratch the lens by pressing it too hard or using rough substances.
  3. You can clean the flashlight by dampening a soft cloth with water or a mild soapy solution if there are any stubborn stains or residue. If you don’t want water to go inside your flashlight, wring away any excess liquid. Carefully wipe out the afflicted parts, but avoid getting water inside the battery compartment or completely submerging the flashlight.
  4. Use a dry cloth to wipe out any residual moisture from the flashlight after cleaning. Before putting the flashlight back together or storing it, be sure everything is dry. Rust and other forms of corrosion can form if moisture gets inside.
  5. After the flashlight has dried, you should rebuild any removable parts and replace the batteries as directed by the manufacturer.
