- Please read through the instructions completely before attempting to operate the bed.
- The diagrams will assist in explaining the operation.
- Retain the instructions for future reference.
- The EST3329E offers flexibility in any salon with a stylish design, adjustability and good stability.
Warnings
- Ensure assembly is conducted carefully, by two competent persons and parts are checked, thoroughly, prior to use with a client.
- Prior to use with any client, test the stability and operation of the bed. If there are any malfunctions or damage (such as to the cable) do not attempt to use.
- Do not attempt repairs without referring to the supplier and only with the employment of a qualified electrician or engineer.
- Do not create trip hazards when connecting to the mains supply.
- Do not position the bed on uneven or sloping floors.
- Do not use solvents to clean the bed. Only use damp soft cloth with the addition of a mild detergent if necessary.
- Never allow clients to sit on the edges of the couch as this can lead to instability and potentially lead to accidents.
- Always lock the wheels after adjustment.
This product is guaranteed against mechanical defects for 12 months from date of purchase. During this guarantee period Ellisons will repair or replace the product free of charge provided the fault was not caused by misuse or improper handling, negligence, normal wear and tear, accidental damage or by any modifications made by the purchaser. Faulty products should be returned, see Ellisons website for returns policy. Returns damaged by poor packaging are the responsibility of the purchaser. If returning under this guarantee, you will be required to enclose proof and date of purchase. Please quote model number and batch number of the product in all correspondence. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Assembly of the legs to the bed
Install the bed legs, as below:-
- Carefully, place the bed upside down and remove plastic zip ties, holding the legs, avoiding any damage to the paintwork.
- Remove the pin bolts, washers and nuts from the bed keeping all parts safe.
- Using two people raise the front of the frame and align the mounting holes on the legs of the bed with the holes on the bed frame. see figures 1 and 2.
- Insert the pin bolts, add the plain washer and nut (the washer and nut should be on the inner side of the bed). Remove the covers and tighten with fingers initially. See figure 2 and the check the order of placement. Check the fixing is secure.
- Using the spanners provided, tighten the bolt until tight.
- Re-apply the plastic covers on the nuts. Repeat for the other side.

Product testing
Using two people, turn the couch back into the upright position, remove packaging and move couch to its final position
Lock the wheels on the flat floor, as shown below picture, apply an appropriate force (about 10kg) at the 6 directions of arrows in the picture, and observe the stability of the bed. If the bed shakes/wobbles significantly re-check the fittings to ensure that the bolts are secure.
(If there is wobbling, please check the flatness of the floor. If the ground is flat, repeatedly test 3~5 times, if the product still has obvious wobbling, please check the fitments again.
Remote controller
Cut the zip tie holding the wiring and controller together. Be careful not to cut the electrical cable.
- Raises the bed.
- Lowers the bed.
Operating method
1. The bed can be raised or lowered using the electric motor.
2. The wheels must be unlocked during the up and down movement. See figure
below.
3. The wheels must be locked once the bed reaches the correct height for use.
Adjusting the back rest
To adjust the back rest upwards pull the handle, indicated in the picture, and allow the back rest to move freely to the desired position. Stop the movement by releasing the handle.
To move the back rest downwards pull the handle and apply pressure downwards on the backrest until it is in the required position.
Always advise your client if you are moving the backrest and support it during movement to avoid surprise or any injury.
Wheel locks
- The wheels can be locked using the levers as indicated.
- Pushing the lever down will lock the wheels.
