The THREE-TIER WOOD SHELF INDUSTRIAL BAR CART is a versatile and stylish addition to any home or commercial space. It is made up of industrial-grade black pipes and fittings that are coated with rust-preventive oil during manufacturing. The kit includes 24 1/2 flanges, 2 1/2 tees, 2 1/2 side outlet tees, 2 1/2 side outlet elbows, 4 1-1/2 nipples, 14 nipples, 2 wood pieces, 4 casters, and 96 wood screws. The cart features three wood shelves that can be used to store and display a variety of items.

How to Prevent Pipe Corrosion
To prevent rusting, it is recommended to seal the pipes after cleaning the
kit. The following are the clean and seal instructions:
Clean Instructions:
Recommended supplies: regular degreasing dish soap, washcloths, gloves
(optional)
- Wash your pipes and fittings with warm water and dish soap until the oil is completely removed.
- Wipe the pipes with a dry washcloth and wait until the pipes are completely dry.
- Important: The pipes must be completely dry before you start the sealing process.
Seal Instructions:
If using polyurethane spray:
- Spray each dry pipe and fitting with a polyurethane matte or satin finishing spray and let it dry before assembling the kit.
If using finishing wax:
- Coat each dry pipe with a finishing wax.
- Wait for 20 minutes, then polish the pipe with a dry washcloth by wiping them down. Faster wiping will result in a shinier finish.

Easy Installation:
Step 1:
Attach flanges, side outlet tee, tee, and nipples together.
- A – 1/2 flange
- J – 1/2 side outlet elbow
- L – 1-1/2 nipple
- C – 1/2 side outlet tee
- B – 1/2 tee
- I – 2 nipple
- H – 4 nipple
- A – 1/2 flange
Step 2:
Attach the assembled parts to the wood piece, then align and attach 4 flanges
to the bottom of wood piece using wood screws.
Step 3:
Attach another wood piece using wood screws.
- N – Wood piece
- O – Wood screw
Step 4:
Attach 14 nipples to flanges, then attach to the third wood piece using wood
screws.
- N – Wood piece
- L – 1-1/2 nipple
- E – 1-1/2 nipple
- G – 2 nipple
- A – 1/2 flange
- O – Wood screw
Step 5:
Attach the casters to the nipples.
- A – 1/2 flange
- O – Wood screw
- M – 1/2 caster
Step 6:
Attach the remaining 1-1/2 nipples to the top of the cart.
- O – Wood screw

HOW TO PREVENT PIPE CORROSION
PIPE DECOR industrial-grade black pipes and fittings are coated with rust-
preventive oil during manufacturing. For best results, SEAL THE PIPES TO AVOID
ANY RUSTING after cleaning the kit.

IMPORTANT: THE PIPES MUST BE COMPLETELY DRY BEFORE YOU START THE SEALING PROCESS.

EASY INSTALLATION

STEP 1
Attach flanges, side outlet tee, tee, and nipples together. -
STEP 2
Attach the assembled parts to the wood piece, then align and attach 4 flanges to the bottom of wood piece using wood screws.
NOTE: To make room for both sets of screws, flange holes cannot be perfectly aligned. Rotate top flange approximately 45° to avoid interference. -
STEP 3
Attach another wood piece using wood screws. -
STEP 4
Attach 14” nipples to flanges, then attach to the third wood piece using wood screws.

STEP 5
Assemble flanges, side-out elbows, 90° elbows, nipples, and flanges together, then attach to the assembled parts using wood screws. -
STEP 6
Attach 1-1/2” nipples and casters.
