Product Information
The product is called “UPPLYST” and is an electrically operated device with a maximum voltage of 120VAC and maximum current of 21mA at 60Hz. The device is intended for indoor use only and complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. It comes with a cord, transformer, and other parts that should be regularly checked for damage. The device should not be used if any part is damaged. The device is not recommended for children under 3 years of age.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the device, carefully read and follow the safety instructions provided in the user manual.
- The device is intended for indoor use only.
- Regularly check the cord, transformer, and all other parts for damage. If any part is damaged, the device should not be used.
- To clean the device, use a damp cloth and never a strong cleaning agent.
- Always choose screws and plugs that are specially suited to the material when installing the device.
- Never place the cord within reach of a child in a crib, playpen, or toddler bed. Always secure the cord to the wall and regularly check that it is securely fastened.
- To remove any slack between the switch and both fasteners, pull the cord. Tie up any remaining slack cord between the fastener and socket as shown in the illustration provided in the user manual.
- Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
- Keep these instructions for future use.

- NEVER place cord within reach of the child in a crib, playpen or toddler bed. ALWAYS secure cord to wall. Check regularly that the cord is securely fastened.
- Pull the cord to remove any slack between switch and both fasteners. Tie up any remaining slack cord between fastener and socket.
