Power Supply
Method One:
- Please install batteries into the device before using.
- Open the battery cover on the back of device.
- Insert 8x 1.5 VAA batteries into the battery compartment. Make sure the
- Close the battery cover.
Method Two
(Recommended: Lasts longer & environmentally friendly):
- Charge with the supplied USB to connect the power bank.
NOTE:
- Not support for rechargeable batteries.
- Please take AA batteries out if charging through USB cable.
Inserting Memory Card
- Please prepare a Micro SD card(up to 512GB) in advance.
- Open the card slot cover, you will see the card slot.
- Insert the Micro SD card into the slot. Make sure the direction is right. Never insert the card forcibly.
- Format the Micro SD card, this can improve the battery life and shutter speed.
- Tore move the card from the memory card slot of the device, press the edge of the memory card in gently, the card will pop out. Then remove the card.
Basic operation
Turn on And Turn off
Keep pressing the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device. Keep
pressing the power button for 3 seconds again to turn off the device.
Changing The Modes
The night version has 3 different modes : photo mode, video mode and playback
mode.
Long press the Mode button can change mode.

Zo0m in or out
Keep pressing the button to zoom in or z0om out the image. The value of
magnification level
appears on the LCD screen
In photo/ video mode, if you have to view the darkness environment, please short press IR UP button to activate the IR LEDs, the image will change to black and white.
- Short press IR UP button to up the level.
- Short press IR Down button to down the level.
Notice:
IR level can up to 7 level when the battery power is full. If the battery
voltage is not enough, the IR LEDs level will down automatically.
If the battery power is lower than 25%, IR LEDs can not be activated.
About the manual focus
under the left Len .marked “far” and “near”.
- If the observation to the right distance is far, please rotate the lens to right.
- If the distance is near, rotate the lens to the left left.
Notice: Users can repeatedly adjust the optimal focal length according to the actual observation distance.
Recording Video

Turn on the device, the default is video mode.

You will get clearer views With adjusting the focus wheel.

Zooming: Keep pressing or button to zoom in or zoom out the image. The value of magnification level appears on the LCD screen.

Start to record video.
• View your subject via the LCD screen.
• Press the Snap button to start to record. The record duration will be shown on the LCD screen. -
Finish recording.
• Press the Shot button again to stop recording.
Notice: Automatically record the sound around when recording videos. You can playback by the computer .
Taking Photos
- Turn on the device, keep pressing the Mode button to switch to photo mode.
- You will get clearer views with adjusting the focus wheel.
- Zooming: Keep pressing the or button to zoom in or zoom out the image, the value of magnification level appears on the LCD screen.
- Take a still photo.
• View your subject via the LCD screen.
• Press the Shot button to take a photo.
Playback
- Turn on the device, keep pressing the Mode button to switch to playback mode.
- Press Up / Down button to view photos and video files.
- Playback the video.
Press the Snap button to start playing the video files.
Press the Snap button again to have a pause.
Press Mode button in playback mode. the screen will display the playback menu.

WIFI MODE
App Introduction
This night vision binoculars use Road am App, allows you to turn WiFi
broadcast from the camera so you can connect your phone with the device camera
to access videos, photocard manage some camera settings.
DOWNLOAD & SETUP

Search for “Road am” on App Store, Google Play or by scanning the QR code below:http://www.ligoor.com/app/roadcam/roadcam.html

Allow app permissions.

Turn on dash camera’s Wi-Fi by pressing the Menu > system Settings > WIFI > On SSIDKHXNOO3 and password 12345678 will appear on the camera screen.

Navigate to your smartphones WIFI settings and look for SSID KHX-N003 network and enter the password 12345678 to connect.

0pen the App Road am, Click the “Camera” icon to connect the device to the App. When you see your cameras SSID it means you have connected successfully.
In the App Preview mode, press the cog or settings icon on the top right corner to enter if you want to make any changes with the device setup. -
Tap on Video icon from the app home screen to access all recorded videos saved in the micro SD card. You can download, delete or even play videos from the App.
Settings in Photo and Video Mode
You can change the settings by pressing Mode button in photo or video mode.

Download files to PC
There are two ways to download files from the device to a computer:
- By inserting the memory card into a card reader.
- By connecting the device to a computer through the supplied USB cable.
Troubleshooting
Device Power Off
- If the device fails to activate, check for defective,missing or installed batteries improperly.
- If the device fails to activate, please turn on after charging with power bank through USB cable.
- Replace or install batteries correctly. Please make sure to use only Alkaline batteries.
Poor Image
- If you wear glasses, please keep them on while using the device.
- If at day, make sure the IR is off (if IR is onscreen is black and white or the screen is colored)
- If at night, make sure you have turned on the IR, press IR Up(If IR is on, screen is black and white)
- Adjust the focus by slowing turning the Focus Wheel. Make sure it is focused.
Notes on Maintenance
- Before cleaning the device, disconnect it from the power supply(remove batteries).
- Only use a dry cloth to clean the exterior of the device.
- Remove the batteries from the device if it is not used for a longer time.
