The product comes with 23 pieces that need to be assembled. You can refer to the Assembly Manual for detailed instructions and diagrams. If you are unsure about any step, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Product Usage Instructions
- Adjust the bar catch to the desired height and load the barbell with weights.
- Step inside the cage and position yourself under the barbell.
- Grab the barbell with both hands, keeping your hands shoulder-width apart.
- Lift the barbell off the catch and take a step back to clear the catches.
- Lower yourself into a squat position, keeping your back straight and your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend your knees and lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the ground.
- Push through your heels and lift the barbell back up to the starting position.
- Repeat for desired reps.
Note: Always use a spotter when lifting heavy weights. Make sure the safety catches are properly adjusted before starting any exercise. Consult with a certified fitness professional before starting any new workout routine.
