Wireless Camera B3 User Manual

The Wireless Camera B3 is a high-tech security camera that comes with a wide- angle lens, long-lasting battery life, app control, cloud service, night vision, and motion detection. It is a perfect solution for home or office security.

Charging

  • Power supply: DC 5V/1A
  • Charging time: 3-6 hours

An adapter used for your phone would usually be good enough.

Note: please don’t charge it with computer USB port, will be very slow.

Camera Setup

Indicator Light

  • Red light, on right.
    • Red light flashing when waiting for QR code scanning.
    • Red light will go off after successful connection.
  • Green light on left.
    • Green light on when charging.
    • Green light will go off after fully charged.

APP

  1. Download and install Aiwit App. Scan the QR code below or search for Aiwit on the Apple App Store or Google Play. Download and install the app.
  2. Create an Aiwit account.

Android/iOS App Download

Connect your camera to APP

  1. In Aiwit APP. To add your camera, click the + icon.
  2. Select Battery Camera, then B3.
  3. Turn on your camera. Tap Next in the APP, then tap Yes.
  4. Enter your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and the Wi-Fi password, then tap Next (5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported).
  5. Use your device camera to scan the QR Code shown on the APP.
  6. If you have any question, please feel free to contact us in the APP.

Monitor, Replay, Settings & Cloud

  • You can view and download all the videos from cloud.

Cloud

  • Free basic cloud storage provides easy access to all videos recorded in the last 3 days. If you need more cloud storage you can purchase in the APP or message us to get discount & free.
    Note: this device does not support audio recording.

FAQ

How to RESET the camera?

  • Press and hold the Reset Button for 8 seconds until you hear the voice prompt.

How to share the device with my family?

  • Open the Aiwit app. From the home page, tap the Share icon. Tap Share via Email or Share via QR Code. You can share the device with up to 8 users.
  • Share via Email: The new user has to download the Aiwit app and create an account with the same email address which the device owner has shared with. Log in to the account and you’ll see the shared device.
  • Share via QR Code:
    • Open the Aiwit App on a new user’s smartphone.
    • From the home page, tap +.
    • Tap QR Code Sharing, then scan the QR code the device owner generated before.
    • You will see Share successful, then tap Confirm.

How many users can view the video at the same time?

  • Up to 3 users may view the video feed, but only 1 user can use the direct intercom. Both ios and Android are compatible.

Is 5GHz Wi-Fi supported?

  • No. Only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi is supported.

Why is my Wi-Fi signal poor on my device?

  • Your device may be too far away from your wireless router or there may have some obstructions that reduce signal strength in between. You might try repositioning your router or getting a signal extender/repeater for your wireless router.

How to adjust Motion Detection Sensitivity?

  • From the home page, tap the Motion Detection icon.
  • Motion Detection Sensitivity
    • High: Records and notifies you about every tiny change in the camera’s vision. Shortest battery life.
    • Medium: Records and notifies you about motion less often. Standard battery life.
    • Low: Records and notifies you about motion even less often. Maximum battery life.

What is humanoid detection?

  • This setting helps you filter the motion detections only involved with human.
    • Large parameter: Only keep the videos that the system quite sure a human show up.
    • Small parameter: Keep the videos that the system think maybe a human show up.

How to use the base?

  • The 3M adhesive on the base only works for glass. Please use the screw if you need to install the camera on wood or wall.

Does it support memory card?

  • Micro SD card is not supported for B3 model. If you do feel more comfortable using a memory card, we have the same camera (but different APP) supporting micro SD card. Please contact us for more info.
