  • The speaker should be the only device you utilize the strap with.

Charging the speaker

The speaker can be powered by the rechargeable built-in battery or by an AC outlet via a USB AC adaptor, both of which are commercially available. Make sure to charge the speaker’s internal battery for longer than an hour before using it for the first time. You can use the speaker exclusively on battery power if you charge the built-in battery beforehand.

To charge the speaker, connect it to an AC outlet.
A USB Type-C® cable should have one end connected to the DC IN 5V port on the speaker and the other end connected to a USB AC adaptor (commercially available), which should then be connected to an AC outlet. A USB AC adaptor with an output current of 500 mA or greater is compatible with the speaker. Battery charging is not guaranteed to work with any other equipment.

While charging is taking place, the CHARGE indicator turns orange. The predicted charging time varies according to the USB AC adaptor’s connected power output capacity (commercially available). Additionally, depending on the type and specifications of the USB AC adaptor and USB cable, it can take longer to charge than the period indicated below. Depending on the surrounding temperature or the speaker’s use, the charging time may vary from the time indicated below.

The time after that is mentioned for context.

  • Charge completion takes roughly 4 hours and 30 minutes* when a commercially available USB AC adaptor that can generate an output current of 500 mA or more is connected, and the CHARGE indication turns off.
  • Make sure that the USB AC adaptor you use can generate an output current of 500 mA or greater before using it.
  • The amount of time needed to fully charge the empty internal battery once the speaker shuts down.

Turning the power on

(Power) button, press it.

  • The (power) indication flashes slowly in blue while the (BLUETOOTH) indicator lights up in green.
  • The (BLUETOOTH) light keeps double flashing in blue when there is no pairing information for the speaker, such as when you utilise the BLUETOOTH feature for the first time after purchase.

Note
The rechargeable built-in battery is depleted if the CHARGE light flashes three times and the speaker switches off after you turn it on. Energize the internal battery. The built-in battery needs to be charged when the CHARGE indication starts to slowly flash.

Turning the power off

(Power) button, press it.

  • Both the (power) and the (BLUETOOTH) indicators disappear.
