Product Information: WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection Frame Kit
The WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection is a range of accessories that allow you to expand your outdoor cooking possibilities. The WEBER CRAFTED Frame Kit is a key component of this collection. It is designed to fit into your grill and provide a sturdy platform for your WEBER CRAFTED Grillware (sold separately).
Safety Instructions
It is important to follow all safety instructions provided in the WEBER Grill Owner’s Guide. Failure to do so may result in serious bodily injury or damage to property. Some important safety instructions for the WEBER CRAFTED Frame Kit include:
- Always wear heat-resistant grill mitts or gloves when handling a hot accessory.
- Do not use the WEBER CRAFTED accessory on your side burner.
- Check grill brushes for loose bristles and excessive wear on a regular basis. Replace brush if any loose bristles are found on WEBER CRAFTED accessory, cooking grates or brush.
- Do not set the WEBER CRAFTED accessory on a combustible surface, glass, or a surface that can be damaged by heat.
Product Usage Instructions
Before using the WEBER CRAFTED Frame Kit, make sure you have the correct Grillware (sold separately) and that the Frame Kit pieces are clean and ready to use. Follow these steps to install the Frame Kit:
- Remove the cooking grate on the right side of your grill.
- Place the Frame Kit into the right side of the grill with the wire looped feet facing down into the cookbox. The Frame rests on the ledge of the cookbox with the WEBER logo facing up.
- For individual WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection Grillware (sold separately) installation, refer to its owner’s guide.
The Spacer is an optional accessory that provides seamless integration and effortless interchangeability with the WEBER CRAFTED Grillware. Follow these notes on Spacer use:
- Make sure the Spacer is clean and free from debris before installing.
- The Spacer ensures a custom fit with the Outdoor Kitchen Collection Grillware.

EN 407, Contact Heat rating level 2 or greater) when handling a hot accessory.

Before-You-Grill Checklist
- Confirm that you have the WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection Grillware. They can be purchased separately on weber.com.
- Make sure that your WEBER CRAFTED Frame Kit pieces are clean and ready to go.
Frame Installation
- Remove the cooking grate on the right (A).
- Place your Frame into the right side of the grill. It should be positioned with the wire looped feet facing down into the cookbox. The Frame rests on the ledge of the cookbox with the WEBER logo facing up (B).
- For individual WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection Grillware (sold separately) installation, refer to its owner’s guide.
Spacer Installation
The Spacer ensures a custom fit with the Outdoor Kitchen Collection Grillware. It provides seamless integration and effortless interchangeability so you can enjoy great results.
Notes on Spacer use:
- Refer to your Grillware owner’s guide for further details on positioning of the Spacer.
- Install the Spacer so that the two large tabs are always positioned towards the inside of the cookbox (C).
- When you are ready to use your Grate again, remove the Spacer and any accessories from the Frame, and replace the Grate over the Frame (D).
- Note that the Spacer should be stored with the grill for easy access and use. Custom storage and hooks are available on select gas grills.
Caring for Your WEBER CRAFTED Frame Kit
- Use a grill brush to clean Frame Kit, as desired.
- The Frame Kit is dishwasher safe, however handwashing using a mild detergent is recommended to extend the life of the product.
- Thoroughly dry before storing.
- With usage the color will begin to change. This is completely normal and will not change the cooking results.
