The Fisher & Paykel OB60SC6CEPX2 is a contemporary stainless steel built-in oven with a total capacity of 85L. It features six oven functions, including Fan Bake and Fan Grill, and AeroTechTM technology that circulates heat evenly for multi-shelf cooking. The Pyrolytic self-cleaning function breaks down food residue at a very high temperature, leaving a light ash that’s easily removed with a damp cloth. The oven also has a CoolTouch door that is safe to touch from the outside and fully extendable shelves that slide all the way out, reducing the need for you to reach inside. It comes with accessories such as chromed shelf runners, full extension sliding shelves, full extension telescopic roasting dish, step-down wire shelf, and telescopic sliding runners. Product Usage Instructions

Before using the oven for the first time, remove all packaging material and accessories from inside the oven.
Plug in the oven to a power outlet that matches the specifications mentioned in the manual.
To turn on the oven, turn the function selector knob to the desired cooking function and set the temperature using the temperature control knob or electronic controls.
To use multi-shelf cooking, slide the fully extendable shelves into the desired positions and set the temperature and time as per your recipe.
