Touchless Flush Kit Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with the touchless flush kit, refer to the following troubleshooting guide:

  • Low flush volume: If the flush volume is low, it could be due to the position of the actuation rod, air pipe installation, or actuation rod interference. To solve this issue, re-adjust the fixed position of the bracket, re-insert the air tub into the quick-connect assembly, or re-adjust the position of the actuation module in the tank.
  • Does not automatically flush when you wave your hand over the sensor button: If the toilet does not flush automatically, it could be due to insufficient battery voltage. To solve this issue, replace the batteries with new ones.
  • Does not automatically flush when you wave your hand over the wall sensor: If the toilet does not flush automatically when you wave your hand over the wall sensor, it could be due to various reasons such as hand outside sensing range, insufficient battery voltage, or incomplete code matching. To solvethis issue, wave your hand within the sensing range, replace the batteries with new ones, or re-match the codes by reinstalling both sets of batteries.
  • Does not flush or has a low flush volume when pressing the mechanical flush button: If the toilet does not flush or has a low flush volume when pressing the mechanical flush button, it could be due to the connecting rod of the flush button being too short. To solve this issue, adjust the length of the connecting rod screwed into the buckle.
