Indications

Significantly reduced function / lack of functional capability in the upper and/or lower extremities, when it is no longer possible for the user to get into and out of a bath tub mainly without assistance, or when sitting up and sitting down is no longer possible. There must still be sufficient torso control and residual functional capability of the extremities.

Chronic consequences of illness resulting in functional restrictions in the lower and/or upper extremities that no longer allow bathing without assistance, if however using the bath tub lifter enables bathing largely without assistance and other bathing aids are not sufficient to offset the effects of the disability.

Contraindications

No contraindications are known if the lifter is used properly

Disposal

Old appliances and packaging must be disposed of and recycled in accordance with the valid national regulations.

The product consists of recyclable materials.

The bath tub lifter contains a rechargeable lithiumion battery. Old batteries do not belong in with normal domestic refuse, but should be disposed of separately in accordance with the national regulations.
