Usage

The sweeper is designed for sweeping road dust, leaves, grass, paper, and similar items from flat and hard surfaces.

Do not sweep substances that are dangerous to health.
The power tool is not suitable for sweeping liquids. -
Never sweep explosive dusts, liquids, acids, or solvents.

Do not operate the power tool in potentially explosive atmospheres.

SWEEPER ASSEMBLY
-
Turn handle fittings (1) so that they are positioned vertically upwards.
-
Press locking springs(3) on push handle (2).
-
Push the push handle (2) simultaneously into the two handle fittings (1).
-
Press the push handle into the handle fittings until the locking springs engage.
-
Pull cover forwards at the front bottom edge 4).
-
Lift cover up by unclipping the two latches underneath (4).
-
Plug the fuse into the negative terminal found in the bag (5-6).
Red= Positive Terminal (+)
Blue= Negative Terminal (-)
-
Close cover (4).
CHARGING THE BATTERY
| Do not insert any electrically conductive objects in the charging socket or
the sweeper may be damaged by a short circuit.
Disconnect the cable at the WARNING battery before carrying out maintenance
and cleaning work.

| A short circuit in the charging socket can lead to a cable fire in the
sweeper.
| The charger has a fully electronic voltage and current limitation function.
This ensures that a connected battery is always kept at the optimum state of
charge.
This prevents overcharging of the battery.
The battery is not fully charged on delivery.
Do not switch on the sweeper during charging.
How to Charge
- Plug the charger plug into the charging socket on the sweeper
- Plug the charger into a 100~240V power outlet
While Charging
- The LED indicator on the charger lights up red during charging
- The charging of the sweeper takes approximately 6~7 hours
- LED indicator on the charger lights up green when finished charging
- Sweeper will not operate when charging.
Overload Protection
- The motors are equipped with overload protection to prevent damage
- The sweeper switches off automatically in the event of overloading
MAINTENANCE
The machine must be serviced regularly.
Do not attempt any maintenance or repair work not described in the Instruction
Manual.
All other work should be carried out by a servicing dealer
Checking the Machine Prior to Use
- Check to ensure that the push handle is securely attached to the sweeper.
- Check condition of waste bin and ensure that it is securely attached.
- Check the disc brushes and fine dirt sweeping roller for stuck parts and embedded dirt – bristles must move freely.
- Check height adjustment of the disc brushes and adjust to the ground to be swept.
- Check the height adjustment.
Sprayer Device
- When using your sweeper for the first time, unscrew, and remove the nozzle to clear the air out of the pipeline, otherwise it may cause abnormal spraying.
- To prevent clogging of nozzle, add tap water.
- When you add water, be careful not to splash the water on the screen of the switch, otherwise it may cause the equipment to malfunction.
- If the nozzle is clogged, remove and clean.
- When the temperature is below 32F or the sweeper will be stored for a long time, please ensure to empty the water tank.
Emptying the Water Tank
- Unscrew the spray nozzle and place a container under the pipe of the spray nozzle.
- Turn on the power switch and water pump switch.
- Turn off all switches when the water tank is empty.
Removing the Handles
- Adjust the handles so that the arrows on the housing are flush with the lugs on the handle fittings.
- Position yourself in front of the sweeper inside the push handle.
- Grasp both handle fittings with your hands.
- Carefully press both handle fittings outwards.
- Simultaneously pull the handle fittings out of the two mounts on the sweeper.
Disconnecting the Battery
| Improper disconnection of the sweeper may cause damage to the sweeper For
storage periods of longer than 2 months: disconnect the battery cable to
protect the battery against deep discharge.
The sweeper may be damaged, and the warranty rendered void if the cables are
mixed up on the battery.

- Pull the cover forwards at the front bottom edge.
- Swivel the cover up.
- Pull the battery cable (blue) (1) off contact tab (2).
Storage
- Empty the waste bin.
- Switch the ON/OFF switch to “O” position.
- Position the sweeper so that the bristles are not kinked or bent.
- Secure the sweeper to prevent it from tipping, slipping or being damaged.
- Do not store the sweeper outside or in a damp place.
Transportation
| Do not carry the sweeper by the handle of the waste bin.

- Fold the push handle (1) forwards so that it is in flat position.
- Grasp the sweeper at the carrying handle (2).
- Carry the sweeper so that the disc brushes are facing away from the body (3).

- Transportation or shipment costs to and from TOMAHAWK® or their recognized agents, for repair or assessment against a warranty claim, on any machine.
- Materials and/or labor costs to renew, repair or replace components due to fair wear and tear.
TOMAHAWK® and/or their recognized agents, directors, employees or insurers will not be held liable for consequential or other damages, losses or expenses in connection with or by reason of or the inability to use the machine for any purpose.
