The CD45 is a landscape lighting fixture designed for outdoor use. It is rated for 12V AC/DC and must be used with a low voltage landscape transformer to ensure safety. Important Safety Instructions
Before attempting to install the CD45, ensure all power connections are off
for your own safety. The lamp can get hot, so handle with care. The fixture
must be installed in accordance with all local codes and ordinances and should
not be installed within 10 feet of a pool, spa, or fountain. Failure to comply
with the instructions in the manual may increase the risk of damage or injury
and will void the warranty.
Installation Instructions
- Turn off the power before installation.
- Using a suitable main cable connector for direct burial, connect the fixture wires. We recommend using WN12 waterproof wire nuts (sold separately) for optimal connectivity.
- Dig a small hole and insert the spike into the ground, ensuring it is vertical and firm for a secure and stable mounting.
- Adjust the light angle to your preference, ensuring optimal illumination.
- Once the fixture(s) are securely installed, turn on the power and enjoy the enhanced lighting experience!
We strongly recommend burying the main cable from the transformer underground for safety reasons. Additionally, do not exceed the maximum wattage on the fixture(s) to prevent any damage or hazards.
