Product Information

• The XYZ product is a portable speaker that can be connected to various devices through Bluetooth or an AUX cable. It has a rechargeable battery that provides up to 8 hours of playtime. The speaker has a built-in microphone that allows for hands-free calling.
• The product dimensions are 6 x 6 x 6 inches and it weighs approximately 1 pound. It comes in three colors: black, white, and red.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Charge the speaker fully before first use.
2. To turn the speaker on, press and hold the power button until the LED light turns on.
3. To connect the speaker via Bluetooth, turn on Bluetooth on your device and select “XYZ Speaker” from the list of available devices.
4. If you prefer to use an AUX cable, plug one end into the speaker’s AUX port and the other end into your device’s headphone jack.
5. Adjust the volume using the buttons on the speaker or on your device.
6. To answer a call, press the phone button on the speaker. To end a call, press the phone button again.
7. To turn off the speaker, press and hold the power button until the LED light turns off.

Safety Precautions:

1. Electrical Safety: This sound bar should be plugged into a properly grounded electrical outlet to prevent electrical hazards such as electric shock or fire. Do not use extension cords or damaged electrical cords with the sound bar.
2. Placement: Place the sound bar on a stable surface and ensure that it is positioned securely to prevent it from falling or tipping over, which could cause injury or damage.
3. Ventilation: Do not block the ventilation openings of the sound bar. Ensure that there is adequate ventilation around the sound bar to prevent overheating and ensure safe operation.
4. Liquid and Moisture: Do not expose the sound bar to liquid or moisture, as it may result in electrical shock or damage to the product. Keep liquids away from the sound bar at all times.
5.  Cleaning: When cleaning the sound bar, always disconnect it from the power source and use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid or abrasive cleaners that may damage the surface of the sound bar.
6. Cables: Use only the cables provided with the sound bar or cables that are compatible with the product. Improper cables may result in poor performance or damage to the sound bar.

Proper Placement

Note: L satellite speaker placed on your left-hand side, R satellite speaker on right-hand side.

For Sound Bar

Connect using the power adapter (DC 20V 3A) to the sound bar DC IN as shown. Plug the power cable into an electrical outlet.

Wall mounting the Soundbar

1. Tape the included wall mounting template on the wall. Mark the two bracket holes using a pencil.

2. Drill two parallel 406.4 millimeter holes using the mounting template paper. Secure the supplied anchors, and screws into the holes. Please Make sure the screws protrude 5 millimeters from the wall.
   Anchors are only required when mounting onto a solid wall.

3. Hang the sound bar on the fastening screws.

4. Gently push the sound bar down to lock it in place and secure it.

For Subwoofer

• Connect the power cable to the back of the subwoofer.
• Plug the other end of the power cable to the power outlet.
• The subwoofer will automatically pair to the sound bar after being plugged in. The solid red light confirms the connection.

For Satellite Speakers

The satellite speakers can last up to 5-6 hours on a full charge. For daily use, it is safe to leave the satellite speakers on the charger at all times.
To turn on the satellite speakers, flip the ON/OFF switch to ON on the back of both speakers. A solid white light on the speaker side will confirm the connection.

• If the battery is low (rapidly flashing white light or no light), plug the USB-C satellite speaker charger into a power outlet and charge the speakers.
• A solid red light on the speaker side will indicate that the speakers are charging. The red light will go out after the battery is fully charged.

The sound bar has already been paired by Raineverry. However, if you’re not getting any sound, or noise from one of the speakers, feel free to contact us. We may need to replace the subwoofer or satellite speakers for you. If the connection is lost, the white LED light will flash slow. To try reconnecting, unplug the power for the sound bar and subwoofer and then turn them on again.

Remote Control Battery Replacement

• A. Remove the battery compartment cover.
• B. Insert 2 AAA batteries according to the marking inside the compartment.
• C. Close the compartment.

Remote Control

• The volume range for the sound bar is from 0 to 50.
• The volume range for the satellite speakers is from O to 10.
• The volume range for the bass/subwoofer is from -6 to +6.

Display Input Indicators

Note: The sound bar remains power on at all times. After setting the sound bar to the ideal volume, most of our users do not need to use our remote. The sound will automatically play when TV is on.
The display remains off after 5 minutes of use for energy saving.

Sound bar Control Button

1. Short press to turn on/power off
2. Decrease volume
3. Increase volume
4. Short press to change input to BT/ AUX/ OPT/ ARC

Operation

Digital Audio Out (Optical)

Take the caps from optical cable before plug in
To connect the sound bar to a TV with a Digital Audio Out (Optical) port, please follow these steps:

1. Connect the included optical cable to the Digital Audio Out (Optical) port on your TV.
2. Connect the other end of the optical cable to the OPT port on the sound bar.
3. Change the sound bar input to OPT by pressing the INPUT button on the remote or the soundbar until “OPT” is shown on the sound bar display.

NOTE : Please remember to change your TV audio input to Audio Out / External Speaker.

HDMI (ARC)

To connect the sound bar to an ARC-compatible TV, please follow these steps:

1. Connect the included HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT port on the sound bar.
2. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the ARC port on your TV.
3. Change the sound bar input to ARC by pressing the INPUT button on the remote or the sound bar until “HDMI” is shown on the sound bar display.

Note:

• You may also connect external devices, such as a Blu-ray player, cable box, or gaming console, to the sound bar’s HDMI IN socket using another HDMI cable.
• Set your TV’s sound/audio output as HDMI (ARC).

IMPORTANT : Before use, please make sure that your TV is HDMI-ARC compliant.

AUX/ Audio Out

To connect the sound bar to a TV with an AUDIO OUT / Headphone port, please follow these steps:

1. Connect the included RCA to 3.5 mm audio cable or a 3.5 mm audio cable (not included) to the AUDIO OUT port on your TV.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the AUX port on the sound bar.
3. Change the sound bar input to AUX by pressing the INPUT button on the remote or the sound bar until “LINE” is shown on the sound bar display.

Note:

• Please remember to change your TV’s audio input to Audio Out / External Speaker.
• Make sure that you connect to the AUDIO OUT/Headphone port on your TV. Some TVs only have AUDIO IN, which will not work with any external speakers.

USB Mode (Flash Drive Only)

The sound bar can play MP3 and WAV audio files directly from USB flash drives up to 64GB in size. To play the first compatible track in USB mode, insert a compatible drive into the USB port on the back of the sound bar. You can then use the media controls on the remote control to play, pause, and navigate between tracks on the flash drive.

Bluetooth

To connect your Bluetooth device to the sound bar, please follow these steps:

1. Use either the buttons on the soundbar or the “BT” button on the remote to enter Bluetooth input. The flashing “BT” LED indicator will confirm that you are in Bluetooth mode.
2. Go to the Bluetooth function on your phone or other Bluetooth device and select “Raineverry Pro Series 5”.
3. You will hear a tone when the pairing is successful, and the BT LED will stop flashing.

Notes:

• If your Bluetooth device is switched off or manually disconnect­ed, the soundbar will automatically enter pairing mode.
• To connect a different Bluetooth device to the sound bar that is already connected with Bluetooth: Press and hold the
• Play/Pause” button on the remote for 5 seconds. This will cause the “BT” on the sound bar display to start flashing again, indicating that the sound bar is now ready to be paired to a new device.

Troubleshooting

• Q) No sound comes out after connecting to the TV using ARC/ Optical (Common):
  Please make sure the HDMI cable is plugged in to the “HDMI OUT” port on the sound bar, and your TV support ARC output. The ARC port on TV is labeled differently than the regular HDMI port. Then go to Setting in your TV Setting (may vary due to different brands):

  • Setting > Sound > Select Speaker to: external speaker (opti cal mode)/ turn off TV Speaker
  • ARC: Setting > Sound(audio) > Sound output> Receiver (HDMI) Optical: Speaker Settings> Speaker Select> Audio Out.
    Please select the correct input mode on the soundbar shown on the LED display.

• Q) How is the battery life for the satellite speaker? Can I leave them plugged in all time?

  • The satellite speakers can last up to 5-6 hours on a full charge. Yes! For daily use, it is safe to leave speakers on the charger at all times.

• Q) Why won’t my Bluetooth device connect to the sound bar?

  • You have not enabled the Bluetooth feature on your device or the sound bar.
  • The sound bar is connected to another Bluetooth device if the LED display is not flashing. Disconnect the connected device and try again.
  • Long Press the “Play/Pause” button on the remote to reset Bluetooth.

• Q) Why am I hearing buzzing or humming?

  • Ensure all cables and wires are securely connected.
  • Connect a different source device (TV, Blu-ray player, etc.) to see if the buzzing persists. If it does not, the problem may be with the original device.
  • Connect your device to a different input on the sound bar.

• Q) Can I use my TV remote to control the sound bar?

  • Yes, please connect the sound bar using ARC input. TV remote will control the sound bar volume automatically. But we highly recommend using the included remote for the best experience, and advance settings (EQ/Bass/Rear Speakers).

• Q) One of the speakers/subwoofer does not have sound.

  • Please make sure all the speakers are connected and have a solid light on the back of speakers. Please charge the rear speak ers if the batteries are dead.
    If the connection is lost, the indication light will flash. Please unplug the power for the soundbar & speakers. and power again to try reconnecting. If still not working, please contact us: Sup port@RainEverry.com

• Q) Remote not working.

  • Double-check if the batteries are installed correctly in the battery slot.
  • Replace two brand new AAA batteries.
  • Point the remote to the center of the sound bar (IR is built in the middle of the LED.)
    If the issue still exists after you did the above steps, please send an email to us: at Support@Raineverry.com with your Amazon order ID, and we will provide you with a free replacement.

• Q) Why is the soundbar display blinking/flashing?

  • The soundbar display flashes when you are in mute (Except Bluetooth mode).
    Please press the mute button again to unmute.

• Q) How do you mount it on the wall?

  • Mounting our sound bar on the wall is very simple. Please find the mounting screw kit within our package. And measure and screw them on the wall using the measuring paper we included. Finally, attach the back of the sound bar to the mounted screw.
