Warning

  1. The printer must be charged for at least 4 hours when using it for the first time or if left idle for over a month.
  2. Do not scratch the print head.
  3. Do not touch the print head immediately after printing as it can be very hot.
  4. Keep away from direct sunlight, water, dust, and other debris.
  5. Do not store in high temperature or humidity environments.
  6. Keep away from children.
  7. Stop using it immediately if the battery is discolored or deformed.
  8. Do not drop or smash the printer to avoid damage.
  9. Do not attempt any disassembly or repairs on your own. Contact sales for assistance.

How to use

  • Power on the printer
    • Press the power button for 2 seconds.
  • Power off the printer
    • Press the power button for 2 seconds.
  • Load the paper
    • Slide the side cover button to open the cover and install the roll paper (print side down).
    • Search for and install the “Qlabel” app on the App Store or Google Play. Enable both Bluetooth and Location. Use the app to pair with the printer and then try printing.
    • Note: Shutdown mode When the printer is idle for 10 minutes (adjustable through the settings), the printer will power off automatically.

Printer’s Settings

Viewing or Changing the Printer’s Settings

  • While powered on, press the power/function button to enter Setup Mode.
  • While in Setup Mode, the power/function button will switch to the next setting and the FEED button will change the selected setting.

Setting order

  • Language: English/ Simple Chinese
  • Shutdown Mode: 10 mins/ 20 mins / 30 mins/ never
  • Paper type: label paper/ ordinary paper/ black label paper
  • Printing color: Lightest 1-3 / Light 4-5 / Normal 6-9 / Dark 10-14 / Darkest 15

Print a test page

  • Automatic calibration: this function is only available for black label paper and label paper
  • ID address of this printer: press the power button to display the printer’s ID address
  • Printer’s self-inspection: press the FEED button to display the relevant machine information and print a test page

Factory settings

  • Press the FEED button to restore factory settings

Display status

  • Bluetooth indicator. Illuminated when connected via Bluetooth
  • USB indicator. Illuminated when connected via USB.
  • Illuminates when in Setup Mode.
  • Illuminates when out of paper or when paper is not loaded properly.
  • Illuminates when plugged into a power source.
  • Battery indicator. Blinks while charging.

Maintenance

  1. Wipe the printer surface and paper bin with a dry soft cloth.
  2. Clean the print head when print quality is not as good as before. Use a soft cloth with alcohol.
    • Note: Before cleaning or maintenance, power off the printer first.

Note: Paper of low quality may cause damage to the print head.
