PRODUCT INFORMATION

This product is a highchair that can also be used as a junior chair for your child. It comes with a tray with an insert, lower crossbrace, front legs, rear legs, footrest, and hardware including bolts, barrel nuts, washers, and an Allen key. This product is designed to ensure the safety of your child during use. It is important to read all instructions before assembling and using the product.

Product Warnings:

Failure to follow warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death. Children have suffered severe head injuries including skull fractures when falling from high chairs.
Falls can happen suddenly if the child is not restrained properly.
Please read all instructions carefully to ensure the safety of your child.

Product Usage Instructions

Assemble the Upper Crossbrace (3) onto the Lower Crossbrace (4). The ends of each Crossbrace are identified with letters (A, B, C, D). Make sure the parts are oriented as shown.
Secure with 45mm bolt (12) and washer (13). Fully tighten with the Allen key.
Assemble the Front Leg (5) marked with the letter C onto the end of the Crossbrace marked with the letter C.
Secure with 80mm bolt (11), Barrel Nut (14), and washer (13). Fully tighten with the Allen key.

Once assembled, use the ZOODLE Baby Highchair / Junior Chair according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Always ensure that your child is properly restrained and supervised while using this product. WARNINGS

Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in serious injury or death.
PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD.
FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered severe head injuries including skull fractures when falling from high chairs. Falls can happen suddenly if child is not restrained properly.
Always use restraints. Adjust to fit snuggly.
Tray is not designed to hold child in chair.
Stay near and watch child during use.
Prevent serious injury or death from falls or sliding out! Ensure that the harness is fitted correctly and that the child is secure in the harness.
The highchair is suitable for children 6 months to 36 months while using it in highchair position. Highchair is not suitable for children under 6 months. While using this product in the Junior Chair position, it is suitable for children from 24-60 months.
Do not use if any part is broken, torn or missing.
Discontinue use of this highchair when child weighs more than 33 lbs.
Do not use the highchair unless all components are correctly fitted and adjusted.
Do not leave your child unattended, even for the shortest time.
Avoid placing the chair near naked heat sources such as electric bar fires, gas fires, etc, or where a child could gain access to any other kind of hazard.
Ensure that all users are familiar with the product’s operation. It should always assemble and operate easy. If it does not, do not force the mechanism. Rather, stop and read the instructions.
Highchair is recommended to be used on flat stable surfaces.
Please ensure that your Evolur Highchair is fully assembled before using.
Do not move, recline, or adjust the height of this product with child in it.
Never leave child unattended. Always keep your child in view.
STRANGULATION HAZARD Do not place product in any location where there are cords, such as window blind cords, drapes, phone cords, etc.
FOLLOW ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY as this product is intended to be assembled once. If you experience any difficulties, please contact the Customer Service Department
All additional hazards such as electrical flexes should be kept out of reach of your child when in the highchair.
Assemble the chair once only, it is not intended to be taken apart and reassembled.
PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH FROM SLIDING OUT, FALLS, OR TIPPING OVER. Always use seat belt. Secure your child at all times with the restraint system provided, either in the reclining or upright position. The tray is not designed to hold your child in the product. It is recommended that the product be used in the upright position only by children capable of sitting upright unassisted.

THIS PRODUCT IS DESIGNED AS A highchair for use with child up to 3 years of age or as an infant feeding booster seat for use with a child up to 6 years of age and up to 60 lbs (27.3kg)
ALWAYS USE booster straps to attach infant/toddler feeding booster seat to any chair. Always ensure straps are pulled tight.
THIS INFANT/TODDLER FEEDING BOOSTER SEAT is designed to be used by a child up to 6.

Highchair Assembly

Assemble the Upper Crossbrace (3) onto the Lower Crossbrace (4). The ends of each Crossbrace are identified with letters (A, B, C, D) – Make sure the parts are oriented as shown.
1b. Secure with 45mm bolt (12) and washer (13) – Fully tighten with the Allen key.

Assemble the Front Leg (5) marked with the letter “C” onto the end of the Crossbrace marked with the letter “C”. 2b. Secure with 80mm bolt (11), Barrel Nut (14), and washer (13) – Fully tighten with the Allen key.

Repeat Step 2 for the remaining highchair Legs. Match the letter marked on each Leg with the corresponding letter on the crossbrace as shown.
Assemble the Upper Footrest (9) by inserting the plastic pegs into the holes on the Front Highchair Legs.
Secure both ends of the Footrest with a Footrest Bolt (16). Repeat for the Lower Footrest (10).

Screw the adjustable Foot (15) into the bottom of each Leg.
Each foot can be adjusted by turning counter-clockwise to remove any wobble due to an uneven floor.

Position the Seat (1) on top of the Legs facing forward as shown.
Align the holes in the top of the crossbrace with the holes in the bottom of the seat and secure with four 45mm bolts (12) and washers (13) – Tighten with the Allen key. Highchair assembly complete.

Highchair Tray and Insert

To attach/remove the Tray: Pull both Tray (2) side latches and slide along the top of the armrests. Release at the desired position (2 or 1) to latch. Pull the Tray towards you to make sure secure.
To remove the Tray Insert: Locate the three latch points, release and pull up.

Highchair Harness

Slide the shoulder strap onto the top of the waist strap latch – Repeat for the other side.
Insert the shoulder/waist strap latch assembly into the buckle – Push until you here a “Click”.
Repeat for the other side.

To adjust the shoulder and waist straps slide the strap adjusters as shown.
Press the center buckle to release the harness.

Highchair Harness Removal

The Harness and Seat Pad can be removed for cleaning. Fold the end of the harness strap as shown.
Pull the webbing through the slot in the Seat and Pad.
Repeat in reverse order to reassemble – Make sure the straps are in the correct orientation and not twisted.

Junior Chair Assembly

Remove the following:
Harness (See page 20).
Tray (See page 17).
Footrests (See page 14).
Loosen the four 45mm bolts that secure the Seat to the Crossbrace, as much as possible without removing.
Remove the 80mm bolt that secures each highchair leg and remove all four highchair legs.

Assemble the Front Leg (7) marked with the letter “C” onto the end of the Crossbrace marked with the letter “C”.
Secure with 80mm bolt (11), Barrel Nut (14), and washer (13) – Fully tighten with the Allen key.

Repeat Step 3 for the remaining Junior Chair Legs. Match the letter marked on each Leg with the corresponding letter on the crossbrace as shown.
Re-tighten the four 45mm bolts that secure the Seat to the Crossbrace.

Remove the adjustable Foot (15) from each Highchair Leg and screw into the bottom of each Junior Chair Leg. Junior Chair assembly complete.
Each foot can be adjusted by turning counter-clockwise to remove any wobble due to an uneven floor.

Care and Maintenance

Occasionally check your product for loose bolts, worn parts, torn material or stitching. Replace or repair the parts as needed. Use only evolur replacement parts. Do not attempt to refinish or repair any wooden parts.

Keep this product in a cool dry place. If this product happens to get wet, wipe with a dry cloth and allow to air-dry completely.
Excessive exposure to direct sunlight or heat could cause fading of fabric and wood finishes and/or warping of parts.
To clean this product, wipe clean with damp cloth using only house hold soap and cool water. DO NOT BLEACH.
Seat Pad and Harness can be removed from the Seat and washed by hand in cold water, or machine washed on gentle cycle.
