Control
- Make sure to put on safety glasses for protection and make sure room is clear of people, pets and plants.
- Plug in the device then press the ON/OFF switch.
- Tum the TIME SETTING dial to choose the sterilizing dosage time for up to 60 minutes.
- Once you have your desired selected time the device will begin to make a ticking sound.
This initiates the startup process and allows for a 30 second delay for you to leave the room.
Caution: After the 30 second delay the unit will turn on the bulb starting the sterilization process.
- Once the cycle is completed, the light automatically turns off.
- Remetnber to press the ON/OFF switch to tum the device off.
Ultraviolet Safety Information
- Avoid exposure to UV light. Germicidal ultraviolet rays are harmful to the eyes and skin.
- Always unplud the unit before performing service or maintenance.
- Do not use the equipment for anything other than its intended purposes.
- Remember to remove all people, plants and pets from the sterilizarion area .
- Germicidal UV rays may break down plastic, rubber or other non-metallic materials, fade colors, and can be damaging to plant life. Shield these items,which may be exposed to direct ultraviolet rays.
- Do not alter the construction or design of this unit .
- Do not remove the safety labels .

How to Replace Bulb
Step 1. Unscrew nuts from base
Step 2. Rotate both nuts till loose
Step 3. Slide shield off the bulb
Step 4. Bulb now ready for removal
Step 5. Gently pull bulb up
Step 6. Socket is now open for replacement bulb
Step 7. Gently place new bulb into socket aligning the four pins and holes
Step 8. Place shield over new bulb
Step 9. Re-screw nuts at the base from Steps 1&2
FAQ
My TableTop is not activating right away is my device defective?
Answer: No do not worry your device is not defective. The GermAway UV TableTop UVC Surface Sterlizer is programed not to activate right away for safety. Our device allows you enough time to leave the premise so that no harmful exposure to UV occurs.
How can I test that the TableTop is working?
Answer: Good question, included with the device is the UV- CVisualizer Strips. Leave it in the room while the device is activated. At the end of the cycle the yellow strip will turn green and that confirms that the device was successful during sterlization.
