CHICAGO FAUCETS CFC01 GyTronic
Product Information
The Chicago Faucets deck mounted faucets are made with cast brass bodies and precision cartridges for reliable operation. The metering models come with adjustable cycle time to offer true water savings. The faucets can be used with single supply and dual supply HyTronic faucets.
It is important to install pressurized plumbing fixtures according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. The supply piping must be securely anchored to the building structure to prevent unnecessary movement of the device when operated by the user. Care must be taken during installation to avoid marring the exposed surface.
The manual contains important information necessary for routine maintenance and servicing, so it should be left with the facility manager after completing the faucet installation.
It is crucial to turn off water supplies to existing faucet and remove faucet if replacing before installation. The faucet basin should be cleaned, and all supply lines should be flushed before connecting to the faucet. Failure to do so can result in debris clogging the inlets and/or cartridges. It is also important to flush lines completely before installing a new ceramic cartridge.
Compliance and conformity to local codes and ordinances is the responsibility of the installer.
The following safety notes must always be complied with during handling of this product:
- Read the entire user guide to ensure proper installation.
