Important note: charge the batteries prior to first use.

  1. Plug the charger into the wall and connect the cable to the batteries. When charging, the light on the charger will turn RED.
  2. Once the batteries are fully charged, the charging process automatically ends and the charge indicator changes back to GREEN. Please disconnect the batteries from the charger.

Batteries cannot be charged when connected to the IT-SERIES gloves.

  1. Push and hold the button next to the plug while turning the plug slightly.
  2. Remove the plug.
  3. Install the correct plug by inserting it slightly turned clockwise.
  4. Turn the plug clockwise until you hear a click.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  • Check to make sure that the batteries are properly connected with your IT-SERIES gloves (plug locked into place).
  • Always set your IT-SERIES gloves to your initial reference temperature to maintain a comfortable temperature.
  • Do not immerse the product.

TURN IT-SERIES GLOVES ON/OFF:
To turn your IT-SERIES gloves on/ off, simply connect/disconnect the batteries.

  • Auto-detection: gloves will only start heating when you insert your hands. To preserve battery, removing your hands puts your gloves in Stand by mode. Please note that if your gloves are folded (in a bag, a helmet…), they may light up without you wanting them to. To avoid false detections in these cases, we invite you to disconnect the batteries.

HEAT SETTINGS AND DURATION
Each glove has its own clim8® heating system and may heat up differently.
You can manually adjust the heat on your phone directly within the clim8® app. The higher the target temperature is, the shorter the battery is going to last. The heating duration per charge depends on the selected/calibrated temperature, your profile, your activity, ambient temperature and weather conditions as well as charging status of the batteries.

STORAGE AND CARE

When storing the IT-SERIES gloves, allow it to cool down before folding. Avoid creasing the IT-SERIES gloves or placing items on top of it during storage.
For regular use, you can store your IT-SERIES gloves without disconnecting the battery. The system will go to Stand by mode and consume minimal battery life.
For long-term storage, disconnect the battery from the IT-SERIES gloves. To prolong battery life, we recommend charging at least every 6 months. This ensures that the maximum battery power is preserved for many years! Please keep the IT-SERIES gloves in a  dry and aired place, and so as they are not exposed to shocks or the weight of other objects.

DRYING AND CLEANING
Note: Please make sure to remove the battery before cleaning the IT-SERIES gloves. Batteries should never be immersed.

Do not wash
Do not bleach
Do not tumble dry
Do not iron
Do not dry clean

Dirty gloves should be cleaned delicately using a damp cloth or, where necessary, with a clothes brush. For persistent stains, you can use a neutral soap. For the leather gloves in particular, apply a special waterproofing wax regularly. Dry away from heat source  and direct sun.
Make sure the IT-SERIES gloves and the connector are dry before connecting a battery.
