Product Information
The product is a battery inverter with a voltage of 48V and a capacity of 50Ah. It weighs 26Kg and has a maximum charge current of 50A and a maximum discharge current of 50A. The peak charge/discharge current is 100A for 10 seconds. The inverter has a communication capability through RS485 / RS232 / CAN and has a depth of discharge of 95%. It has a protection rating of I and an IP rating of IP20. The inverter can be charged with a voltage range of 52.5 ~ 53.5V and discharged with a voltage range of 44.5 ~ 53.5V. Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the product, please check the packing list to ensure all components are present.
- Installation and maintenance should only be carried out by trained professionals.
- Ensure the inverter is used indoors only.
- Keep the inverter dry and cool.
- The inverter should not be opened as it can cause electric shock.
- Connect the Positive power connector and Negative power connector to their respective terminals.
- Connect the grounding wire to the grounding screw.
- The inverter has a DIP switch, Status LED, Alarm LED, Reset button, Power switch, Grounding Testing port, Inverter data link Uplink terminal, Charge indication, Downlink terminal, and Data terminal. Follow the user manual to understand their functions.
- The inverter can be charged with a voltage range of 52.5 ~ 53.5V and discharged with a voltage range of 44.5 ~ 53.5V. The maximum charge current is 50A and the maximum discharge current is 50A. The peak charge/discharge current is 100A for 10 seconds.
- The inverter has a communication capability through RS485 / RS232 / CAN. Follow the user manual to understand the communication functions.
- The inverter has a depth of discharge of 95% and can operate in a temperature range of 0 ~ 50 / 23 ~ 122 degrees Celsius for charging and -20 ~ 50 / -4 ~ 122 degrees Celsius for discharging.
The shelf temperature range is -20 ~ 60 / -4 ~ 140 degrees Celsius and the humidity range is 5% ~ 95% (RH).

Installation
- Check the battery
- Make sure batteries are turned off before install.
- Secure the batteries in fixed place, preferably on a server rack.
- Connect power cables and data cables.
- Make sure the all the DIP switch are in the correct position.
- Connect to interver’s battery terminals and data port.

Indication
In case a battery (normal condition or damaged) needs disposal or needs
recycling, it shall follow the local recycling regulation (i.e. Regulation
(EC) Number 1013/2006 among European Union) to process and use the best
available measures
to achieve relevant recycling efficiency.
- It is required to charge the battery at least once every six months. For this charge, maintenance ensures the SOC is higher than 90%.
- The connection of the power connector, grounding point, power cable and screw are suggested to be checked yearly. Ensure there is no loose, broken, or corrosion at the connection point. Check the installation environment, such as dust, water, insect and more, to ensure it is suitable for the IP20 battery system.
- If the battery is stored for a long time, it must charge every six months, and the SOC should be higher than 90%.
