Assembly

1. Insert the backrest into the back of the frame, making sure the adjustment buttons click into place.
2. Rest the back edge of the commode seat on the back of the frame, flip down onto the front rail, and then press until the commode seat snaps securely into place.
3. Lift the drop arms until they click into place securely.
4. Slide the commode bucket into the guides from the front.

Adjusting Leg Height

1. Press the adjustment button and slide the leg up or down to the desired height until the adjustment button clicks securely into the adjustment hole.
2. Repeat step 1 for each leg, making sure they are all set to the same height.

Adjusting Drop Arm

1. Push the drop arm release toward the front of the chair to lower for easy lateral transfer.
2. Reset the drop arm by raising it until the drop arm release clicks back into place.

• Inspect weekly for wear and to ensure all components are secure. If any component appears worn or is not working properly, contact your dealer for repair and/or replacement parts.

Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover product failure due to misuse, negligence, improper storage or handling, improper operation, or unauthorized modifications. This warranty does not extend to non-durable components which are subject to normal wear and tear and need periodic replacement.

Product ASSEMBLY

If seat has been exposed to cold, allow to reach room temperature before assembly to prevent cracking.
Read entire manual prior to assembly and save for future reference.

1. Insert Backrest into back of frame making sure adjustment buttons click into place.

2. Rest back edge of Commode Seat on back of frame, flip down onto front rail and then press until
   Commode Seat snaps securely into place.

3. Lift Drop arms until they click into place securely.

4. slide Commode Bucket into auides from front.

ADJUSTING LEG HEIGHT

• Press the adjustment button and slide leg up or down to desired height until adjustment button clicks securely into adjustment hole.
• Repeat step 1 for each leg making sure they are all set to same height.

ADJUSTING DROP ARM

• Push Drop Arm Release toward front of chair to lower for easy lateral transfer.
• Reset Drop Arm by raising it until Drop Arm Release clicks back into place

If the product is to be returned to Rhythm Healthcare, LLC, prior authorization is to be required. In the event of a defect covered by this Warranty, Rhythm Healthcare, LLC will determined if the product will be repaired or replaced. Rhythm Healthcare, LLC products are identified by a serial or a lot number label at the time of the manufacture. Removing or defacing the label may void this warranty.
