Product Information
The Royal Series Rollator is a mobility aid available in both aluminum and steel with a weight capacity of 300 lbs. The rollator comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against any factory defects in material or workmanship of the walker frame. Additionally, there is a one-year warranty against defective materials or workmanship on all other components, assemblies, and parts. However, the warranty does not cover device failure due to misuse, negligence, improper storage or handling, improper operation, and unauthorized modifications. Normal wear and tear on hand grips, brake cables, wheels, and totes are not covered under warranty. All Rhythm Healthcare, LLC products are identified by a serial number at the time of manufacture.
Product Usage Instructions
- Unfold the rollator and insert the handles into the top of the frame with the brake cables on the outside of the frame.
- Clip the brake cable onto the back frame, close to the crossbar.
- When using the rollator as a seat, lock the brakes by pushing the brake handles down until they click into place and the rear wheels do not roll.
- To fold for storage, lift the seat and pull up on the bar beneath the center of the tote bag.
- To unfold, push down on the hand grips.
Maintenance
It is recommended that you see your dealer for periodic evaluations of your walker. Additionally, it is important to note that failure to maintain the rollator may result in injury to the user.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Our Royal Series Rollator is available in both aluminum and steel with a weight capacity of 300 lbs.
- Unfold the rollator and insert the handles into the top of the frame with the brake cables on the outside of the frame. Then, clip the brake cable onto the back frame, close to the cross bar.
- For proper adjustment of the handles, extend your arm toward the floor. The hand grip should be at wrist height. With your hand on the grip, your arm should be flexed 20° – 30°. Be sure to adjust both handles to the same height.
- When using the rollator as a seat, the brakes must be in the locked position. Lock the brakes by pushing the brake handles downuntil they click into place and the rear wheels do not roll.
- To fold for storage, lift the seat and pull up on the bar beneath the center of the tote bag.
- To unfold, push down on the hand grips.
MAINTENANCE
- Ensure that all hardware is secure at all times.
- Replace any broken, damaged and/or worn parts immediately.
- Clean wheels with warm water and a mild cleanser. Dry with a clean, soft cloth.
- Brakes may loosen over time and should be adjusted by a qualified dealer. Failure to do this may result in injury to the user.
PRECAUTIONS
- Do NOT use on stairs or curbs.
- Watch our for cords, throw rugs, toys on the floor and/or spilled liquids.
- Make sure all folding mechanisms are in the locked position when the walker is in use.
- Engage brakes when using seat.
- Do NOT use as a wheelchair.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided against any factory defects in material
or workmanship of the walker frame. One (1) year warranty against defective
materials or workmanship on all other components, assemblies and parts. This
warranty does not cover device failure due to misuse, negligence, improper
storage orhandling, improper operation and unauthorized modifications. Normal
wear and tear on hand grips, brake cables, wheels and totes are not covered
under warranty. These items are subject to normal wear and need periodic
replacement and/or adjustment. Please see your dealer for periodic evaluations
of your walker. It is recommended, but not required, that the walker be
returned to the Rhythm Healthcare, LLC dealer through whom it was originally
purchased. However, all Rhythm Healthcare, LLC dealers are qualified to assist
you in obtaining warranty service. Prior authorization is required for walkers
returned to Rhythm Healthcare, LLC. All Rhythm Healthcare, LLC products are
identified by a serial number at the time of manufacture. Removing or defacing
the serial number may void this warranty. If you have questions about your
